We utilized this park last year in June and found it to be very nice but pricey. Since we enjoy Historic St Charles we decided to visit again this year. It appeared the grass hadn't been mowed for some time and the trash dumpsters were overflowing despite the park being less than half full. Upsetting was the new requirement to access cable that required a $35 deposit and a 1/2 hour phone call to activate it. The location is outstanding for Katy trail and Old Saint Charles.

Other than convenience to visiting family in Clinton, this "RV park" has no redeeming features. We refer to it as the "asphalt jungle". Even the asphalt surface is in dire need of repair. They advertise cable TV but it is no longer available. The so called "dog walk" is a grassy area that slopes and very inconvenient to most of the park. I am not a rules breaker but I had to walk my dog in the mobile home area so she could get some exercise. There are three things that make it superior to a Walmart parking lot - water, sewer and electric.

This RV park has great access to of Pensacola Beach. The only complaint (and it was a big one) was WiFi being virtually unavailable at your RV site. We had to visit the office area each time we wanted to check something on the internet. This was very annoying!
