Boardman Marina Park, Boardman, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This RV park is great. It has a lot of grass, sites are far apart and paths for walking and riding your bike. Here is my only concern and it's enough that we would not stay here again. The TRAIN! Kept us up most of the night. Honking it's horn as it passed multiple times in the night and early morning. I realize it's not the park's fault, but we did not know we were close to train tracks when we checked in. We should have been told. It's too bad, otherwise this is a beautiful place to camp. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Andersen's RV Park, Long Beach, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

The sites are WAY TOO close to one another. I mean really close. Uncomfortably close, so much so that we did not want to be outside at our camp table. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Large grassy areas are not for pets. Difficult to find a place for my dog to do his business. Probably would not stay here again. We camped at Andersen's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Diamond Lake RV Park, Diamond Lake, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

We learned about this great RV Park from a camping neighbor along the way while traveling on Oregon. Really glad we stayed here. I am not giving it a ten only because it would have been nice to have some connectivity. We had absolutely no WiFi, or cell phone service even though they say they do, no satellite although our neighbor did. This RV Park is simply beautiful nestled in the pines close to Diamond Lake. We were close to Crater Lake where we spent the day hiking .When we arrived the attendant accompanies you to your site and was extremely friendly. If you must use your cell phone or internet all you have to do is drive out of the park and up on the highway and you can connect. Sites have a fire pit and table. Would stay here again. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Crescent City / Redwoods KOA, Crescent City, California

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

What a dump! What little grass there is was dead. Camp table filthy. Would not even sit outside. Roads I between site dusty. Obvious this place is operated by owners that don't have any pride on their job. If we could have left and not lost our deposit we would have? My advice? Keep driving! Ugg! We stayed here because of the reviews. Big mistake. We camped at Crescent City / Redwoods KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Burns RV Park, Burns, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice RV park. We only stayed one night on our way towards the coast. I like all the grass and trees and most of all the gravel in between the sites and main access roads. Keeps the dust down. Sites were large and level. Owner was friendly and I love the touch of potted flowers at each site. Burns itself is small and nothing to do. I rode my bike early in the AM just outside the RV park in the local neighborhood just to get some exercise. We would stay here again. We camped at Burns RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Twin Falls / Jerome KOA, Twin Falls, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed one night. The sites were really close together. We got settled and my husband went into Twin Falls for some groceries. I decided to walk the dog and stepped out my door to find our neighbors eating at our table which was just outside our door. Not the KOA's fault just kind of funny and a little nervy. We were close to the office- site #2 and could hear the road traffic. We have certainly stayed at much nicer KOA's. I guess I would say this KOA is "tired" and in need of some TLC. Would never plan an extended stay here- only one night as a stop over. We camped at Twin Falls / Jerome KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Indian Creek Campground, Deer Lodge, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for one night only. Sites were level, clean restrooms and showers BUT too close to the freeway. I was awakened at 2:00am due to noisy traffic. Would not stay here again. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
