La Mesa RV Park, Cortez, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Good location on the edge of Cortez, quiet and private. Wi-Fi and AT&T phone service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to help me since I had to stay a few months. I didn't give it a 5 star because they don't have a pool :) but the bathrooms and laundry were clean and the sites are pretty level. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Mesa Verde! We camped at La Mesa RV Park in a Motorhome.

Prospectors RV Resort, Canon City, Colorado

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Prospectors is one of the coolest parks we've been to. Stayed here a couple months. My son loved the jump pillow, pool, spa and the playground. The park was very clean, big, and spacious. The only issues we had was the Wi-Fi was terrible and there were spiky cactus plants getting everywhere in the RV sticking in our feet, ouch. Still worth it, ha ha. We camped at Prospectors RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Heart Of The Rockies Campground, Poncha Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed at Heart of The Rockies in Poncha Springs, co for a month in winter 2014. They didn't shovel the snow, electric bill was outrageous, and the staff were very rude. The view was spectacular but if you need wifi, don't stay here. We camped at Heart Of The Rockies Campground in a Motorhome.
