Hidden Valley RV Resort, Tijeras, New Mexico

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

The entrance to find to this park is difficult with sharp turns. This park is horrible! Roads are narrow and dusty. Sites are not level and very narrow. Water hookup was the other side of my unit, so I had to run a hose under my trailer. The pool was out of service. The rec room was a joke. Its in dire need of a major face lift. Would never stay here again! We camped at Hidden Valley RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Hargus RV Park, Clinton, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a OK park for a one night stay on a trip. Not much to this park. The water hookup leaked. If you wanted cable TV you had to get a box from the office and hook it up to your system. Women's bathroom/shower outside door would not lock. Good for overnight stay because of easy on and off. We camped at Hargus RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Worlds of Fun Village, Kansas City, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Great Park. Roads and sites are paved and level. Office staff was young and not real helpful. Restrooms and showers were excellent. The only downside of this park was our site had a lot of trash in it from previous renters. Grill was filthy. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Worlds of Fun Village in a Travel Trailer.

Apple Creek Campground , De Pere, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are tight and not level. The dump station is next to several camping spots. Roads are very tight. The restrooms need to be modernized. The showers were dirty and you had to pay extra for them, 25 cents for 7 minutes, so take your quarters. The office and rec room was dark and not very desirable. Will not stay here again. We camped at Apple Creek Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Dauphin Island Campground, Dauphin Island, Alabama

Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Great location, a short walk thru woods to the beach. Sites are shaded, and dirt and are very close together. They are fine if its dry but if it rains our site flooded and were walking thru 4 inches of water during tear down. The rest rooms and showers are in need of a remodel and were often dirty. They advertise Wi-fi but is only available at the shelter house. Would consider staying here again but only for the beach. We camped at Dauphin Island Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Gulf Haven RV Resort (formerly Gulf Haven Campground), Gulfport, Mississippi

Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Location, location, location. Great view of beach, close to Biloxi and casinos. This park is all about Gulf views. Staff friendly and helpful. Sites are not level and very tight. When we visited the park it was pretty empty, so there was a lot of room to maneuver. If the park was full it would be a nightmare in the back-in spots. The Wi-fi was a joke. The rest rooms, showers and laundry were upstairs, which could be a problem for some folks. Would stay here again only for the beach access. We camped at Gulf Haven RV Resort (formerly Gulf Haven Campground) in a Travel Trailer.
