Circle CG Farm Campground, Bellingham, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

This park has it all : close to the highway yet quiet, excellent shopping nearby, good TV and cell phone reception, good WiFi, pet friendly, shady back-ins, sunny pull throughs, and a few holes of mini-golf. Summer activities apparently keep it booked solid but there are plenty of campers here in November as well. We camped at Circle CG Farm Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Lake Manchaug Camping, Douglas, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful place to get away for $800/month. Local roads are "scenic", which means the 25mph speed limit is enforced by narrow, badly maintained roads. AT&T reception is two bars at best. No WiFi, cable costs extra, 10-15 channels with a good aerial, and plenty of hot water for $1 in the clean bath house. Air conditioning is superfluous except for a few nights in August-shady sites with cool breezes. Tight roads servicing the generous seasonal sites, easy assess to the "Field" for big rigs and weekenders. Management is friendly and helpful. We camped at Lake Manchaug Camping in a Travel Trailer.

Hide-A-Way Lakes, Yorkville, Illinois

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is a campground, not an overnight park. No WiFi , no cable TV, poor broadcast TV, marginal Cell phone coverage, and very rough dirt roads. Trees in very poor condition . Dishes nailed to trees all over. Water and electric service intermittent. We camped at Hide-A-Way Lakes in a Travel Trailer.

Air Capital RV Park, Wichita, Kansas

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

Brand new and squeaky clean. Located behind the KFC and K-Mart. Wide concrete streets and pads. Windy. Easy assess to interstate. We camped at Air Capital RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
