Date of Stay:

Due to medical problems, stayed 6 months starting mid December 2014. Daily price is a rough average (high and low seasons). Wide paved streets, very good power (although some outages from the local power company). Heavy rain in summer did not cause any problems with the site due to good drainage. People were very accommodating. Laundry uses credit cards only so didn't have to worry about getting quarters. Some sites fully paved, others grass with concrete pad.

Stopped for an overnight and arrived late. Followed signs to registration area and called the number posted. People came very quickly and guided us to our site. Nice long pull through. Long sewer run with toad hooked up but we didn't need it. Only drawback was that we didn't know what to do with trash. Saw someone picking up trash in a pickup truck so we left it at the site in the morning. Will stay again when in the area. Would not mind staying longer.

Date of Stay:

Roads are narrow but in good shape with no sharp turns. Trees well trimmed. Sites are pretty close to one another. Some sites pretty unlevel but workable. Power ok. Wifi mostly very good. Cable, some channels good, others bad.

We've been staying yearly for a number of years. Usually for 1 week. Superb park. Maintenance staff (county) have been helpful and friendly. Work Campers always friendly and helpful. Convenient to downtown. Good walking/biking around park. Big off leash dog park. Hard to get reservations during "festival of lights". Try to get there for it. A great light show.

Significantly improved since our last stay. In 50 amp sites, which were pretty tight getting in/out of due to a fence across the road and the way long term campers had to park their trucks. We were in site 176. Very cold, did not hook up water or sewer hose. Roads were paved and in pretty good shape. Trees well trimmed. No problems with scraping branches. Very good overnight park. Walking distance to all types of restaurants on the property (the steak house is excellent) if you don't want to cook.

We try to get here once a year. Really would like to say something bad so nobody else would come but this really is a gem. Great place to use as to browse the midcoast of maine. We got to know the area pretty well and still feel like we need 2 weeks to re-visit our favorite haunts. Power, water and roads good. Wifi usually very good. No cable and limited local TV stations. Do not follow GPS to get here. Use US route 1 to prison store (visit later) and turn "east".

Very pretty park - $2/day extra for dog Road coming into park was paved and in good repair. Road leaving was really bad. Don't mind unpaved road - and this was at end of season - but the road was really bad. Everything else in the park was good. Power, wifi and cable all good. Be careful at entry to park. Entry gate pretty close after getting off the road. Dumpster for trash near exit - stop on uphill, no room to pull over.

Second time we were here. Camped with a group of campers. Very nice park. The 100 loop (where we were this time) had a few tight spots maneuvering larger units. Site markers had to be pulled out of ground (and replaced afterward). One site had very low hanging, heavy branches that had to be trimmed. Dump stations were easy to get through. Roads were very good. Electric power very good. Water spigots plentiful and accessible for filling tanks. Well worth the visit.

We were very pleased. Came with a group of several campers for an annual "fall trip". Had not been to this area before. Campground well kept. Trees trimmed well to avoid scraping sides/roofs. Roads very good. Power good. The only "quirk" was that water hookups were between sites. Be prepared to use 50 - 75' of hose for fresh water. Not really a problem. Campground supplied and delivered firewood to the large group at no charge. Area had nice restaurants and shopping.

Date of Stay:

Easy access from I-95 - exit 171. Good roads/easy maneuvering in/out. Great for overnight stay. Have something in fridge for dinner. 4 - 5 miles to shopping/restaurants.

We really like this park. First stayed because it was close to our daughter and grandkids. Shaded sites. Can't get satellite from roof mounted dome but over air TV is fine. We stay in "D" loop which has electric hookups. Park's website has good info on the sites. Usually will give you requested site. This trip, main trees on main entrance/exit road really needed trimming. Branches getting heavy and could not swerve around all of them. This is our only complaint. Very convenient to shopping/restaurants. 50 amp sites cost a few dollars more than 30.

Very pleasantly surprised. Not far north of Philly. Convenient for us to visit relatives. Excellent interior roads, good power. Nice area, good shopping and restaurants nearby. Cash/check only. Had to mail a check to hold a site. Will stay again when visiting the area.

Pretty nice park very convenient to I-95. Road noise not bad. Have stayed a number of times before when traveling up/down "95". Power in summer is marginal. This stay barely 110 volts with nothing turned on. Site B10 was pretty short for a 38' motor home towing. Usually ask for a back-in. There are a number of pretty nice restaurants in the area. This trip was a pretty long day for us and we just wanted to stop and sit. Interior roads very good, no real tight turns.

Stayed several times before. Good location in Myrtle Beach especially when kids/grandkids are staying in the area. Good paved roads. Easy turning through park. Only negative is that trash dumpsters are in pretty inconvenient spots. Power this stay was OK. Can walk to restaurants from campground.

Date of Stay:

Easy access in/out. Good interior roads. Well stocked store. Firewood delivered to site. Very helpful staff. Stayed 5 nights.
