Hadley's Point Campground, Bar Harbor, Maine

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Super clean. The staff is very friendly and meticulous in everything that they do. Also a great location with on the free island shuttle route. They were also very accommodating after we made a mistake on the dates! The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was pretty useless down in the pull-through sites. It was reasonable up near the office. Thankfully there was excellent Verizon 4G LTE coverage. We camped at Hadley's Point Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Riverbend RV Resort, South Tamworth, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nice, relatively small campground. Perhaps 6 seasonal sites being used, not more than 6-8 mores sites used during our stay (including the 4th of July!). Very clean restrooms/showers. Friendly staff. Good picnic tables, fire rings, etc. Plenty of space between units; shaded sites with plenty of trees. As a full timer working from the rig, the WiFi was rock solid (I have a WiFi Ranger external antenna). We watched many shows via Netflix and never noticed any bandwidth problems. Would absolutely stay here again when I am in the area. We camped at Riverbend RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Paradise Park RV, Middletown, Rhode Island

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $75.00
Overall Rating:

Well maintained, level sites. Quiet but close enough to downtown (bike or car). Owners are friendly and helpful. Not much for kids to do at the park. But beaches are only a few miles away. No showers. No bathrooms so you must be self contained. Big plus for us was excellent, free Wi-Fi. Great place to work from if you are working on the road. We camped at Paradise Park RV in a Fifth Wheel.
