Perryville Jellystone Park (formerly Perryville Campground), Perryville, Missouri

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed there one night. This is an old KOA park that has become a Yogi Bear park. Not set up for big rigs. Connections are primitive. First site we had one water spigot for two sites no splitter. Sewer was under the neighbor's truck???? We moved to a different site and the electrical was very loose. This is probably a fifty year old KOA that very little upgrade was done. We didn't know it was a Yogi Bear, they are way overpriced and geared for families with kids.

For. We camped at Perryville Jellystone Park (formerly Perryville Campground) in a Fifth Wheel.

Chaplin's RV Park, Sedalia, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Small park in town. Looks like lots of homesteaders. No bathrooms or showers but there is a laundry. Wifi was great but Tv with antenna and booster was iffy. Good place for passing Through to 65. We stayed one night on our way to Branson. Price reflects passport America. We camped at Chaplin's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Ellsworth AFB FamCamp (Military FamCamp), Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here 3 weeks. Great place to tour all the Black Hills sights and the Badlands. They have a great pool and exercise equipment at the gym, nearby. Golf course below average. They are adding new pull-through sites. There will be 21 in all. We stayed in that area and the last several days heavy equipment at 6:30 am. The bathhouse and laundry are in the older section about 1000 ft from the pull-throughs. The woman who runs the park is super nice. Would be nice when you checked in if they let you know what county you're in due to many storm warnings in the area. Sun comes up at 5:15 AM. We camped at Ellsworth AFB FamCamp (Military FamCamp) in a Fifth Wheel.

On-Ur-Wa RV Park, Onawa, Iowa

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Nice shady site with long spaces. We stayed here overnight. It's halfway between Omaha and Sioux City. The people who run the place are very nice and friendly. The sites are all pull-throughs and if you don't want to unhitch there are several eating places close by. Sites are gravel and lots of mosquitoes. Price reflects a Good Sam discount. Easy off and on highway. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
