Staff was friendly and helpful. The park is very large and mostly full of monthly tenants. Overnight guests are parked in the F row behind the office. These sites are extremely tight. If you and your neighbor both have slides you can not walk between the units. The sites were semi-level. Road noise is very loud. The rest rooms were filthy. Due to the high cost of the site, I have rated the park poor. You should expect a much better experience for the price.

Old mobile home park converted to RV park. The sites are 45 X 90 and are on grass. We were there for one week and have a 40ft 5th wheel. The park caters to winter Texans mostly from the Midwest and central Canada. Nice, friendly folks in the park office. The only downside to this park is the internal roads. They are cratered with huge pot holes. It rained for most of the week of our visit and it was impossible to walk the streets due to the deep water filled holes. They plan on patching the holes as soon as things dry out a bit. If they do, this is a great place to spend some time.

New park with paved sites. Utility hook-ups all work. Nice park for a longer stay. Landscaping could use some TLC. The grass is knee high around the site and full of bugs. Rest rooms are very nice and clean. WiFi is strong and the cable is good. We were just here for an overnight stay so probably would not return as it is a long way off of the interstate.

Daily rate is averaged from monthly rate plus electric. We stayed there for 6 months. Quiet park in the country. Access road to the park is very rough. Proceed with caution. Interior roads are paved and in excellent shape. The park is well maintained and is very clean. This is an old MHP that has been converted to an RV park. Sites are gravel and mostly level. Many sites have concrete patios. This park is 95% long term monthly renters. It is not a destination park. There are about 10 sites for overnight campers.

The park is starting to show a bit of wear and tear. Not a bit of landscaping has been done since Katrina hit. Rest rooms have not been kept clean the last few times we've been there. The laundry room has been reduced to 2 washing machines and dryers and you can't count on them being operational. WiFi is spotty. The cable TV is good. Many of the water hook-ups are leaky and will be submerged when it rains. All sites are level concrete and easily accessed. All that being said, it's still one of the better parks in the area and we'll go back when we are visiting the Mississippi gulf coast.

Great casino RV park. Easy access. Level concrete pads. Everything works. Good buffet. Can't beat the price. We have stayed there many times and will stay again.

Old KOA park in need of some TLC . A bit pricey for what you get. Sites are a mixture of gravel and paved. Utility hook-ups are placed poorly. WiFi and cable are both very good. We've stayed there many times over the years due to convenient location and will stay again.
