Grand Canyon / Williams KOA, Williams, Arizona

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Nice sites and not too much traffic noise considering it is right on the highway. The wifi was too weak to be helpful and the bathrooms need more attention. There was often a line waiting for showers that were wet and over-used. The trailer with RV/marine type toilets is a help, but the campground just needs a few more showers and needs to maintain them more frequently. Nice people. We camped at Grand Canyon / Williams KOA in a Truck Camper.

Trailer Village (Concessionnaire Operated), Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Bathrooms were old but decent, water and hookups worked and sites are thoughtfully laid out. Long walk (or drive) to the Mather campground area for laundry and $2 pay showers that were clean with nice hot water. Free park bus shuttles are a great way to get around and see the sights without needing to drive your vehicle. We camped at Trailer Village (Concessionnaire Operated) in a Truck Camper.

Ladybug RV Park and Campground, Cuba, Missouri

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Quick hop off highway 44 yet very quiet! We heard minimal highway noise in this attractive and peaceful place. It is an older campground but very clean and well run. Roomy sites with plenty of shade trees, good pool, good Wi-Fi. Small old playground but it looked safe. Nice owners. We camped at Ladybug RV Park and Campground in a Truck Camper.

This is a gem of a place! 2 miles off the highway equal no highway noise at all! Charming and clean bathrooms, roomy sites, pretty setting with plenty of shade trees, a walking path, and an inviting looking playground. Run by nice people and we appreciated the quiet and comfortable atmosphere here. We camped at Wolfie's Campground in a Truck Camper.
