This is a very pleasant park on the river with large sites, lots of grass, trees, and paths. The cheery office staff made locating the site easy. This is a Good Sam campsite so we got our 10% discount. Showers were clean and FREE as was the Wi-Fi. A very nice campground. We camped at Sid Turcotte Park Camping and Cottage Resort in a Travel Trailer.

The Falls are spectacular. The facilities are good. You need an extension, rentable at the park office, to reach the electrical pillars, which are all placed in the most inaccessible positions. We camped at Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park in a Travel Trailer.

Crowsnest Pass Campground, Bellevue, Alberta

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Reservations were made by email and staff were friendly and caring. Campsite is near the highway so there is quite a bit of road noise. The 30 Amp electric was conveniently located and had a breaker at the pillar. The water was clean but distinctly chlorinated. Sites have gravel pads separated by grass with steel fire-pits. Washrooms are new and very clean with stainless-steel counters, are brightly lit and nicely decorated. Laundry room has two coin operated washers and two dryers. We camped at Crowsnest Pass Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Riverbend Campground, Okotoks, Alberta

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Quiet location on the Sheep River. Most sites seem to have permanent residents. Navigation into back-in sites and around campground is challenging due to trees and tight corners. Washrooms and showers have irregular hot water, lots in the men's but less so in the women's. Washrooms are generally clean, but the grout could use attention. There is no dedicated sani-dump, but you are directed to an unoccupied site where you are still charged $15 to dump and use the water for clean-up. We camped at Riverbend Campground in a Travel Trailer.
