What a little gem this is. Very friendly staff, escorted to our site. Clean level fine gravel. Nice shade trees along & between sites are adequately trimmed. No cable, but good antenna reception of major channels. Most notable thing negatively was a significant amount of road noise from Hwy 260, quite surprising to us though quieter at night and didn't bother our sleep. Despite staying a short time, we were eagerly welcomed to a great Halloween potluck; such a friendly group of both permanent & longer stay folks as well as short stays. We would certainly return & like to stay longer.

We really liked the proximity of the campground to Lake Powell, chose a site in loop D with a nice peekaboo view. Site was spacious, level concrete with patio area, picnic table, and fire pit. Minimal daytime road noise from Hwy 89, with easy access. Only negative was lack of either cable or antenna TV. Good Verizon cell phone & Mifi. Already making plans for a return to do the things we didn't get to. Very pleased with our stay here.

We stayed here for a visit to Zion national park. Very good and easy access from I-89, which also means fairly significant road noise mostly during the day hours but not so much at night and didn't affect sleep. Nice level gravel back-in site, adequate width for 4 slides. Picnic table also, though they don't want you to put the grill on it. Good Verizon cell phone & Mifi service, no cable but over 12 antenna channels with very good reception. A few nice trees added to the overall good experience, would definitely return to this park which closes 1 Nov for the season.

When we were unable to stay where initially planned, Ruby's Inn was close & available, so we decided to stay despite the slightly higher price of others in the area. We were pleasantly pleased and it was perfect for the visit to Bryce canyon. Sites were gravel and had to dodge puddles from recent rain; fairly level. Good WiFi, poor Verizon at our site allowed only texts. Good cable with wide selection of channels. We certainly would stay again.

This is a place only for overnight stays, as there are few choices in this area when heading to the parks of southern Utah. Easy proximity to the freeway, but with the noise one would expect. Level gravel site which was adequate length so it wasn't necessary to unhook our 40' RV& dually truck. Good cable, WiFi, and Verizon service. Pleasant office staff. Though not a destination stay, we would return if passing through the area.

We have stayed in this park several times before, and knew what to anticipate. However the unwatered grass and some unkept sites dismayed us. Though easily accessible from the freeway, the road noise is less noticeable than the trains passing at all hours. We love to visit Maryhill winery when we stay there & again they did not disappoint. There is limited Verizon service & no cable, WiFi, or antenna TV. The sites are fairly level, but could benefit from more gravel. Though a bit more costly, the sites by the river remain our preference. We will return to this park & hope the deficiencies noted are resolved.

Second stay here, now with new owners. Very convenient to freeway, but very minimal noise noted from inside RV. Newly gravelled level sites with grassy area between sites and adequate width & length, so didn't have to unhook. Good Verizon and cable service. Ideal overnight stay when heading between WA & AZ, would certainly stay again if passing through.

Having stayed here soon after we first got our RV 3 years ago & enjoyed very much, we eagerly looked forward to this return trip. However, much to our dismay, the first site they put us in was both too short & the power box too far forward. The next site was better though still had to be more forward. The grass was filled with weeds & appeared not to have been cut for a while. For late May, we were surprised how relatively empty (except for the permanent residents) it was. Maybe that's why the upkeep was below par. Used our own jetpack for WiFi, good Verizon service. Didn't use pool or showers. The freeway noise is not too bad if the windows are closed; also the occasional train whistle though it didn't disturb sleep. We'll still come back because we enjoy the wineries, just a different level of expectation.

Convenient place to stay to visit family in the area for a long weekend. Anticipated city traffic noise, but didn't affect sleep. Surrounding trees precluded satellite reception but good cable with big channel selection. Didn't use Tengo internet, relied on jetpack with good Verizon service. Concrete pad & patio with picnic table, level site.Didn't use other amenities. Would return again if in the area.

Stayed for the winter season after a visit last year, and we were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed it. Some of the most friendly people around, lots of activities to get involved in. However, the biggest issue was an ongoing problem with bike thefts, despite warnings to lock them up. Also, the continued air traffic from both the local air base & airport flight path made us consider other sites. However, this is still the best park in the Tucson area & we'll return next fall. We had a large pull through site with grass & a tree most of the season until we chose to stay a month longer, then we were moved to a gravel site with concrete patio. WiFi was slow at the peak of season, but best to have your own jet pack if you count on internet access. We will definitely stay again.

Good site for a one night stay en route home from winter in AZ, big pull through site with full hookup. Concrete level pad with adjacent gravel & grass. Local city traffic noises, but didn't disrupt sleep. Didn't use any of amenities or pool. Good local antenna reception & Verizon, no cable. Would stay again for a few days but unlikely for seasonal stay.

Stayed here after previously staying in a very sunny and hot location, so appreciated the shade of the very mature trees. However, a very large tree at the entry to the site would have made parking much more difficult had one of the staff not re-directed us to enter from a different way than we'd been instructed at the office upon check-in. Because of the trees, there was no grass and plenty of pine needles to track in, but it was very comfortable for sitting outside. The site was level, asphalt. Good Verizon service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will consider staying here again if in the area.

Wish I could give this park a higher rating based on proximity and ease of beach access, but that is about all it has going for it. Now managed by a hotel 2 blocks up the street, it is clear they give little attention to the RV portion of the business. First, though they accept reservations, they do not pre-assign the sites based on rig length. Secondly, with 10 or 12 attempts we finally were able to get into one of the remaining sites, and that was after some scraping on a tree which should be trimmed or removed. Though adequate length, there was insufficient room to maneuver a big (39') 5th wheel. The concrete pad was thankfully level. We will likely look for an alternative location should we return to the area.

This was our 3rd stay at this park, and the best site yet (#89); it was a great easy back-in with a wonderful view of the ocean, though mother nature (fog) was not as cooperative. Luckily, it was cool enough not to need 50 amp power for A/C. Site was fairly level and good width. No real privacy between sites, as a small motorhome was pulled in adjacent, so they had to turn around to utilize their sewer. The staff is very friendly. Didn't try their Wi-Fi, good cell service for our hotspot. Will return again, especially if we can get this site.

Date of Stay:

Close proximity to Lincoln City, but not walking distance to the beach. Easy access to Devil's Lake. Site somewhat narrow but very good length to park both trailer and truck on cement pad; site was unlevel with no grass on one side. Other sites were grassy on each side, which would have been preferable. Very quiet despite easy access to Hwy 101. Will definately plan to stay here again when on the Oregon Coast.
