Albert Lea / Austin KOA, Ada, Minnesota

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We usually do not stay at KOAs since we have had issues with them in the past, however, this one is nice. Spaces are large and wooded. We couldn't sit outside because of the mosquitoes but that is to be expected as the campground is surrounded by farm fields. We would stay here again. We camped at Albert Lea / Austin KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Madison KOA, De Forest, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is an extremely well kept campground. In the past, we have not had good luck with KOAs but this one changed our mind. The sites are gravel but level. The bathrooms are very clean with soap provided in the shower. There is plenty of open space for children to play in plus each site is very large. We will definitely stay here again! We camped at Madison KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Michigan City Campground, Michigan City, Indiana

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

This is a reasonably small campground but well kept up. The pool is very large and the grounds are lovely with flowers. There is a small pond with geese. Our site was gravel but level. We shared a patio with the trailer next door which is a new set up for us. Camp ground was a bit loud but quieted down when quiet time started. Would definitely camp here again. We camped at Michigan City Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Sandusky / Bayshore KOA , Sandusky, Ohio

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $72.00
Overall Rating:

We visited this campground the day after a rain. The sites are very close together and we had standing water on ours so that we had to jump puddles to get to our truck. Our fire ring was very close to the camper next to us and the fire ring belonging to the camper on the other side was extremely close to us! We were thankful it was too hot for a fire. Branches of tree got caught in one of our slides. Not worth the money we paid. We camped at Sandusky / Bayshore KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendship Village Campground , Bedford, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $45.00

This is a large park well maintained. We camped here for one night. Had it been cooler, we would have taken the half mile walk around the lake. It looked in good shape. Would camp here again. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
