I love this park! It is a larger park, but the sites are not close to each other and most have water frontage. The staff are super nice and very helpful. Bath house #7 was the cleanest one I have ever been in. There is plenty to do and the two times we have been it was quiet and night. The only down fall is most sights are not very level. There are clean sewage pipes throughout the park, so try not to get near one. It smells bad. Over all a nice safe and clean park.

Wonderful park with very friendly staff. The bathouse was clean and great water pressure. The park was busy, but quiet and night. A wonderful park for walking, fishing and boating. Some of the front sights are near a highway, so get a sight towards to back of the park. The park seemed very safe and secure and night. The sights were pretty level, but not very spacious. Awesome sunsets and sunrises!

This was our second trip here and I like the park, but there are some serious problems with the staff or better yet lack of staff. The park it self is beautiful and the sites are large and easy to get to the water. Office hours are from 2pm -4pm and we didn't see the ranger drive by but twice the whole weekend. The bath houses are ok, but not good water pressure. The big problem are the squarters. We had some in the sight next to us both times. The incoming families had to ask them to leave because the rangers were no were to be found. We watched the squaters move to the next sight. So if you like a safe secure campground pass this one by, which is to bad because the lake is beautiful and the sites are large and private.

Even though park was packed on the Fourth of July, it was quiet at night. Be aware of the golf carts, they are every where. The bath houses were not kept clean and I am not sure they were even cleaned the whole weekend. Also the sites are not level, whatever it says on the park website, be aware they are even worse when you get there. On the plus side there is a large swim area and play ground for kids.

Better than we expected! Large and clean sites with plenty of space. We stayed at #26 and it was flat. Sites closer to the stream are smaller, but there is still plenty of room for a fifth wheel or large travel trailer. People are supper friendly and bath houses were clean. It was quiet and there is space for any size camper in the park. Large swim area and a small lake for small boat with no motors as well. The only thing is the bath house near the circle with lake views is not updated.

We love the park, but just a heads up the bath houses are very dated. On the plus side, we had a trail leading us straight to the beach from our site. (#96) The park is always full and you have to book months in advance, but it is worth it. The park was dead quiet at night even though it was full. A very family friendly place and the beach was awesome!

This park was a bit of let down. Even though it is a big park, many sites are on top of each other. Loop #2 of the park is insane. People are so close together the kids on have to play in the street. We stayed in #10, which is by water, but you can't get to it. It has a large beach area, but the rest of the park is run down. Any size camper will fit in this park, no problem, but when you leave watch for the dip in the road. We have travel trailer and had go slow to keep from scrapping. This camp ground is not for nature lovers.

Great spot to camp. Many of the sites are by the lake, so you are just a few feet from the water. Most sites are slightly pitched or flat with small size lots. Bath houses were clean even though the park was packed. If you go during the Masters it's loud! During the day it is quiet, but at night till about 3am it's really loud. Tent campers be aware of the noise. On the plus side Augusta is 15 minutes away if you want to get out and do something. The lake is nice and good for boaters. It is very family friendly too. Any camper/RV will fit as well. We saw very nice class A's and large fifth wheels all through out the park.

The sites are not very accurately described once you get there. We were to stay in #21 and it was too narrow to fit our camper even though on the web it said it could hold a 30' camper. We stayed in #30 and it was tight. All the sites looked very uneven. Make sure you bring extra blocking here! The bath houses were clean, but it was loud at night. We won't be back.

This is a good park to go to when you need to get away and just relax. All the sites are flat and kept is good condition. Great walking trails and clean bath houses.
