Great RV park to stop along 35. We arrived at 7:00 the evening but called ahead and the owner was there to welcome us with a bag of pop corn. Easy to get in and out of and the sites were fairly level. Very quiet, clean, had good AT&T cell phone, and Verizon Hot Spot connection. This is the second time we stopped there on our way from Minneapolis to Dallas.

We stayed there for a few days wile visiting friends. The location is great. Very friendly staff welcomed us and helped us get backed in. The back-in sites are very nice, private, and provided plenty of room on the patio slab. This is a quiet place and I was not bothered by the road noise, albeit, i'm getting older and my hearing may be going. I plan to stay here next time I'm in town.

The rate reflects the monthly rate at the time for one of the back in sites. Plenty of room. Very safe and the people are the most friendly I've ever found. Although I stayd at one of the interior sites, I never felt confined. There are some new sites out on the bay with beautiful views. I'm looking forward to getting back.

I stayed there for 5 days while visiting family and working in the Dallas area. The place is very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The roads are paved but the sites are gravel and fairly level. I've seen them adding gravel to re-level those sites that need work. I was told that they are under new management. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Making reservations was easy and they accommodated me well when I needed to add another day, even though it was a holiday weekend. They just said: We'll find a place for you and they did. I have stayed there 3 times already and I've always been very happy with it. I'd recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the north Dallas area.

Neat and well kept. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pull thru sites were a little close. The back in sites seemed to have a little more space between rigs.
