One of the nicest parks near our nations capital. Grandsons enjoyed the swimming and water park almost as much as trips into the city. We used the recommended dog walker (excellent but pricey) and the mobile RV service (best ever). This was a very pleasant park and will definitely stay here again. One of the best parks I have ever seen for kids. Stayed 8 days. Excellent onsite laundry and cafe.

Beautiful mature trees, very friendly park hosts, very quiet. This is our second time here and we are planning a longer stay next year. Well lit even though heavily treed. Very large sites, felt very private. The park has the longest pull-thru sites I have ever seen. Forget about your satellite dish with all of the tall trees but local channels and cable were great. AT&T connection for iphone and ipad were great. The free park wifi was excellent with 10 megabit per second downloads. A true gem, good value, will stay here again. There are a number of long term residents but that did not detract from our stay. The park is close to good shopping, churches, etc.

This is a well kept park that is very family friendly. The sites are spacious and the park is conveniently located to the metroplex. There are interior private sites and lake sites. The rate reflects the 50% discount for the senior pass. You are allowed a maximum 14 day stay. There is no sewer but there is a dump station and several convenient bath houses. I love the hiking trails throughout the park and the nicely paved roads provide a nice running / cycling experience in the park. The entrance is locked from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, which makes for a mile long walk to the RV sites if you are late. We have camped here many times over the last 4 years.
