One complaint: There is no park-wide wifi. Bring your own, hook up with Dish through the park and with a monthly fee and purchase of their modem, or sit at the lobby for free wifi. A connection cable is required at the laundry facilities and computer room. Praise: This is our sixth or seventh season here, and we love it! It's like coming home to our family every year. The amenities are outstanding, staff is wonderful, activities galore or chill if that's your thing. It is mine! The nightly rate I quoted is for our three-month stay this year. It's less for longer periods of time. Normally, we stay for five months. We have not found a nicer park anywhere in our travels!

So much work has been done at this RV park to improve the ambiance and make it a pleasant place for RVers! There are also new cabins in place, and they're still working on the park improvements. We stayed here two years ago, and this year requested a site overlooking the river. It's awesome! So quiet and close to everything we need. The one comment I will make is, the WiFi leaves a lot to be desired. In the morning hours, it's okay. At night, pretty slow almost to a crawl and is very subject to weather fade. If they fix their WiFi service, I will rate it higher. We will definitely stay here again in another two years when we return!

I enjoyed Bee Lazee! Looks like an older park that's been reworked for big rigs. We had to back up to get ours out, but that's no biggy. There is a lot of grass around: in between sites and elsewhere which is nice. There's a nature walk out into the woods if you dare to go and fight mosquitos. Well maintained park, clean, pool covered at night to keep it clean. Looks like many of the sites haven't been used for years. Don't know why. WiFi is okay, nothing special. Relatively quiet considering it's right on the highway.

WiFi is terrible in this park! It fades in and out. Located right on the highway: noisy. Across from business with 18-wheelers rolling in and out all day. Worker bees living here come in and out like the road is a freeway. Dust flying everywhere. Two washers and dryers. Wouldn't stay here again. Would go back to previous park to get away from the dust, have better WiFi, and cable TV. That said, the sites are fairly level with grass in between and newer picnic tables.

Beautiful setting! Close to the Princess lodge, gift store, etc. Unsecured Wi-Fi works great, and Verizon cell service is good. Wide spaces for RVs. However, the street we entered on is one-lane with vehicles parked along it sideways in front of their rigs. Getting a big fifth-wheel in was TIGHT! The laundry room has 6 washers & 6 dryers, small folding table. Would be fine for RV park guests but locals come in and use it, too. Seems to be the only show in town. Too many people using this small facility to make it easily accessible for guests of the park. We would stay here again.

Nice, clean park with grass between sites and room to park beside your rig. It's quiet at night, but small planes take off periodically during the day from a nearby airport. Not a problem for us, just people having fun! Wi-Fi is slow at times. Close to shopping and Kenai NWR, which is the reason we're here. If we are ever back up here, we would stay again.

Loved this park and the town of Homer. We had a beach-front site, and there's always something going on when you're on the water. Fantastic views! Great latte's, nice laundry, very helpful staff. Took Homer Air out to Katmai NP to watch bears. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Grass in between sites! Real grass! First time since we hit Alaska. The Wi-Fi is great! Lack of cable TV is not a problem. Lots of books to read and things to see in the area. The view out of our rear window is spectacular of some of the mountains in the Alaska range! The laundry room (3 washers, 3 dryers) is immaculate. Easy drive into Palmer for shopping (Safeway, Freddies, Walmart, etc.) The owner is very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Typical gravel sites but has shrubs separating sites. 7.5 miles north of Denali NP entrance. Close to Copper Center (Denali Princess hotel) for gift shopping, etc. As with the other northern RV parks we've stayed at, tannins turn the water orange/brown/yellow. Totally non-toxic, just an FYI. Right on Hwy 8, 18-wheelers & Harleys day and night. However, after a long day of sightseeing and shopping... Not too many other options, though. We would stay here again.

This is a great little campground! Roads are in good shape and so are the sites. Grass in between sites, albeit sketchy in places but winter has recently left so they're gearing up. Good Wi-Fi, so-so cell services with Verizon but that's not their problem. It's very quiet here, which is something we look for. No satellite service, trees around the perimeter. We would stay here again.

Still learning what to expect north of the lower 48. Gravel parking lot w/hook-ups, not level, no grass, laundry room not open yet, Wi-Fi unsecured, glad our satellite system worked. This park is on Hwy 1 ... noisy during the day. A few planes flying over in the am from nearby airport. Didn't hear anything last night, though. We were so tired that we crashed. Treed and open sites available, which is nice.

Sand and gravel parking lot with pedestals for power, etc. Tight quarters. Wi-Fi works, we're told, if you go sit on the porch at the office. Thankful we could connect with our satellite system because we couldn't with the park's Wi-Fi. Within walking distance of the Sign Post Forest.

Welcomed sight after a long day of driving! Typical of parks in the north, mostly gravel/rock with a little grass thrown in between spaces. Restaurant is decent enough. They cooked! I didn't have to, that's all that counts. ;=) WiFi is slow, but our satellite system worked! Yea! We would stay here again.

Tight spaces. We had to jockey to clear our neighbor's slides. Dusty and undesirable for us. We won't stay again. Wi-Fi worked for us because we were up front. No ability to get satellite internet service. I saw one couple sitting on a bench near the office to get Wi-Fi. If you're in need of RV service, Happy Trails RV Sales & Service did an outstanding job for us.

Date of Stay:

Right next to rodeo grounds. Horses in barns adjacent to RV park, and stalls/corrals available for overnighters from what I understand. Gravel parking spaces for RVs, but relatively level and clean. Enjoyed walking through the barns and watching activities as the contestants prepared for the upcoming stampede. It's located below the highway and fairly quiet. We would stay here again.
