We stayed at this park for the months of January and February at a monthly rate of $1200. Good location and most of the campers were very nice. The management is another issue. The drainage at this park is terrible, with many sites being flooded. We were there with friends who were in a different site and both our sites were flooded most of the two months we were there. Numerous RVs got stuck getting into and out of their sites. The management offered no assistance and told people they were on their own if they got stuck and the RV park would not offer any assistance if you required a tow to get out of your site. We had to go to the local hardware store and buy plywood to put under our tires so we would not get stuck. We will definitely not go back there again. Management offered no support or assistance and since this is an Encore park it does not speak well of the Encore network.

Very nice small park on the river. Good WiFi and utilities. Directv worked good also. Parked facing the river and it was very nice and quiet. Staff was very nice. Good location to visit the area and close to the Nova Scotia ferry. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice RV park right on Malpeque Bay. Our site was level and utilities were good. Office staff was very nice and although the office was not open very often the staff always answered the phone when I called and were very helpful with any questions. Wifi worked good but they were changing the wifi service as we were leaving so you may want to check on it. Roads were OK. A little bumpy but not bad.

We stayed here as a Coast to Coast member. Office staff was very nice and breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Our site was level and utilities were good. Wifi was only at the restaurant and satellite did not work due to numerous trees. Mosquitoes were bad. We stayed here two nights but would not go back due to lack of wifi and satellite.

This is one of the nicest parks we've stayed in. Small but right on the water. Our site was freshly mowed grass, clean, and all utilities worked well. Wifi was only in the office/restaurant area but worked good. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice park. Level sites, lots of trees, and quiet. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Car museum and gardens withing walking distance. We did not find the wifi site and there were too many trees for our satellite but this is a very nice park and convenient to the highway.

Nice family campground. Some road noise but it did not bother us while we were there. Office staff is very nice and helpful with suggestions for touring Quebec City. They also have a free and convenient shuttle service to the ferry to Quebec City. Convenient to Costco, Walmart, and other shopping areas.

This is a very nice clean park. Roads are good, sites are level and big. Definitely a family campground. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Office staff was very nice and helpful. They now charge for WiFi but it worked very well. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. Sites are close together but not as close as many other parks we've been in. Our site was level and hook ups worked good. Wifi was excellent and we were able to use our Directv satellite so we didn't use the cable. Verizon service in this whole area, not just in the park, is terrible and in many places non existent. Staff was very nice. We stayed here in a 36' motorhome and would stay here again.

As previous reviews state the ride here is a lot of uphill riding but roads were good. I recommend using the directions on the web site because my GPS brought us in on a different route and the entry to the park is a turn that I could not make and we had to find a place to turn around. This is a quiet and clean park. Sites in lower lot are not level and in many cases your dump connection is uphill which makes dumping tanks tricky. I rated the site as bad in this review but that was due to the dumping situation. Other than that the site was very nice. The day we left I moved to a different site to dump tanks. We also had a power problem at our site but maintenance was there in a matter of minutes and corrected the issue. Very good service. Staff was pleasant and we heard the fishing (catch and release) was excellent in their ponds. The day we left they also turned on a new WiFi network which we were told would be a pay type system. We would stay here again but request a site with the dump connection downhill from the coach.

Nice RV park. Close to Rt. 88 with easy access. Roads are good, site was level, and utilities were good. Verizon worked good as did satellite. WiFi was very good. Staff was very nice. We would stay here again.

We stayed two nights here and park was satisfactory. Very convenient to York area attractions. Water and electric were good, WiFi worked good as did satellite.

The price reflects a Coast to Coast membership. We stayed here two nights. We did not use any of the park facilities and only checked in at the guard gate so we had no dealings with the staff other than the security guard who was very organized, friendly and helpful. Park was clean, roads were good, and location was convenient for us. Satellite and Verizon phone worked good here.

We stayed here as a Coast to Coast member. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have trouble finding a site. The first site we were assigned was not close to level and we requested to move. The 2nd site we were assigned was down in a low very wet area with no cell service at all. Our provider is Verizon and the coverage in this area is not good. The last site we were assigned was level but cell service was still spotty at best. Main road through the park is paved and very good. Side roads are dirt. We will not stay here again.

We parked in overflow parking and it was fine. Good power and water. DirecTV worked good. This park is located right behind a large flea market. It was not open when we were there.
