Clean park with some wonderful views. Our site was level with a good table and grill. Utilities were good. Wifi was acceptable but slow at times. Excellent paved roads. Staff was friendly and helpful. Friends used the restrooms and showers and they said they were excellent and very clean. We stayed here in a motorhome and would stay here again.

This is a good park. We stayed here for two nights. Sites were level and utilities were good. Wifi was slow but was OK for emails and using the web. Sites were a little close but not enough to bother us. Road noise was not bad. Close to Camping World and downtown Albuquerque. Very quiet park.

We stayed at this park for two nights and it was very good. We had a large pull through that was clean and well maintained. We did notice a cow manure smell one morning but it was not bad. We did not have sewer at our site but that was our choice. We stayed here with friends so we had two sites. Our friends used the shower and said it was fine. We would definately stay here again.

We spent two nights here and this park is good. Roads are narrow but passable even for a big rig. We had two pull through sites that were level and clean. One was large enough for our traveling companions were able to park their 44' rig with tow attached. Full hook and power and water were good. Wifi was a little slow but was good for checking email, etc. Office staff was friendly.

Nice quiet park. Office staff was very nice. Wifi was pretty useless at our site. I could get connected but it would take forever to just check emails. I would stay here again.

I agree with previous comments. Old park in need of some repairs. Our site was level and utilities were good except the wifi was beyond poor. I would rather pay a little more and go to a nicer park. $41 is a lot for a place to park for a night. The office staff was very nice but I would not stay here again.

Stayed here as an Escapees member. Nice quiet park. Sites are a little tight but not bad. No wifi or cable. We're traveling with friends who are in a 44' motorhome and they had sites big enough to hold them and their tow vehicle. We would stay here again.

This is a fairly new park and isone of the nicest parks we've stayed in. All sites are pull through's with full hookups. Clean, well organized, level sites with good hook ups. Convenient to Rt. 95. We definitely will be back.

We stayed in an overflow site because the park was full. Overflow site was very good level gravel site with water and 50 amp. Satellite worked good and wifi was OK. Although it was not real convenient to the highway it was not that far away. We would stay here again.

Sites are very close and our site was small but acceptable. Although the area is very busy the park was quiet except for the occasional train. We would stay here again.

We found this park as an acceptable location to spend one night. We did not utilize any of the services at the park except for our hook ups. Site was level and good size.

We stayed at this park for the months of January and February at a monthly rate of $1200. Good location and most of the campers were very nice. The management is another issue. The drainage at this park is terrible, with many sites being flooded. We were there with friends who were in a different site and both our sites were flooded most of the two months we were there. Numerous RVs got stuck getting into and out of their sites. The management offered no assistance and told people they were on their own if they got stuck and the RV park would not offer any assistance if you required a tow to get out of your site. We had to go to the local hardware store and buy plywood to put under our tires so we would not get stuck. We will definitely not go back there again. Management offered no support or assistance and since this is an Encore park it does not speak well of the Encore network.

Very nice small park on the river. Good WiFi and utilities. Directv worked good also. Parked facing the river and it was very nice and quiet. Staff was very nice. Good location to visit the area and close to the Nova Scotia ferry. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice RV park right on Malpeque Bay. Our site was level and utilities were good. Office staff was very nice and although the office was not open very often the staff always answered the phone when I called and were very helpful with any questions. Wifi worked good but they were changing the wifi service as we were leaving so you may want to check on it. Roads were OK. A little bumpy but not bad.

We stayed here as a Coast to Coast member. Office staff was very nice and breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Our site was level and utilities were good. Wifi was only at the restaurant and satellite did not work due to numerous trees. Mosquitoes were bad. We stayed here two nights but would not go back due to lack of wifi and satellite.
