Carlsbad KOA, Carlsbad, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very large RV Park including each site (very large). Each site is a pull-thru with full hook up utilities. The park also has a very nice area for Tent campers (very impressive ). The Wifi in the park is very slow which is typical of must RV Parks, however the Wifi in the community center works great. The laundry room is one of the nicest that I have seen in all of my travels. This is a very nice RV Park. We camped at Carlsbad KOA in a Motorhome.

RV Express RV Park, Marshfield, Missouri

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This park is very clean. All interior roads and sites are paved. Clean Bathrooms and Swimming Pool. No trees at sites so it does get a little warm. Each site has a BBQ and Picnic Table. I like this park, it is close to local shopping, restaurants and a super walmart. We camped at RV Express RV Park in a Motorhome.

Hidden Valley RV Resort, Tijeras, New Mexico

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

If you are looking for a place to park for a couple of days before continuing to your final disrtination, then this would be O.K. the sites are so narrow that the patio awning can not be opened. There is absolutely no roon for a BBQ or lounge chair. For real! Really just a place to park the RV. Sewer, electric an water were so close to the entry of the RV it was difficult to get in or out, we had to step over these items. We camped at Hidden Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

The park is along side I-40 passing thru Albuquerque. All interior roads and camp sites are crushed gravel and dirt so it can get a little dusty if wind is blowing or other campers don't watch their speed. Sites are very close because utility hookups are duel use. The park has a nice store, laundry facility, sitting area with TV and outdoor swimming pool. I would stay again. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Motorhome.

Santa Fe Skies RV Park, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

The park has many different looking sites. We enjoyed the site we had, it was a back-in, no other campers next to us, view to one side was of the entire Santa Fe valley. (did not have to look at other RVs). All interior roads are worn down gravel, so expect some dust if other campers drive too fast, otherwise not too bad. The park is just outside of town, so you don't get the congestion. Anything that you may desire is just a few miles from the park, Walmart, movies, post-office, banks, food, etc. Yes we would stay again. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.

Raton KOA, Raton, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

The park is nothing special, really just a place to set up camp while traveling thru Raton, NM. The interior roads and sites are gravel, some dust will be created if other campers drive fast thru the park, I found this to not be a big problem. They have a very nice office and small store. The bathroom and showers were clean including a nice laundry facility. The owner operate the park, they are very friendly and helpful. We stayed here 4 days in our 40 foot class "A" motorhome. We enjoyed the free WIFI (worked great). The Historic Town of Raton is just down the street about one mile. There are Plenty of food choices in the area. We would stay again. We camped at Raton KOA in a Motorhome.

Amarillo Ranch RV Park, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The park is located just outside of town, which has all the shopping that one would expect. Most RV sites are very large, front to back and side to side (no close neighbor). Indoor heated pool and spa. The front office has a nice lounge with a gift shop. To use their WIFI you would need to be in the lounge area. The park provides free limo service to and from the Big Texan Steak House. For me the most important feature of the entire park are the paved roads (no dust) however the sites are gravel and grass. We have stayed here several times . Would definitely stay again. We camped at Amarillo Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

Abe's RV Park, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The park is nothing special just a place to setup, which includes FHU with 50 amp. Laundry facility which is in the front office. A few of the interior roads are paved. The majority of the park consisted of full time or construction workers The park is next door to a truck stop and down the street from a Walmart and Sam's Club. There are plenty of Restaurants close by. We have stayed here several times, cost per week $200 plus additional cost for 50 amp. The front part of the park is reserved for travelers staying over night, the road in this area is paved which is nice because there is a lot of traffic coming and going and the speed is not controlled therefor little or no dust. We camped at Abe's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Texan RV Ranch, Mansfield, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

The park has plenty of pull thru sites with full hook up, including 50 amp. All interior sites and roads are gravel, which can be dusty when other campers drive to fast. The check in office is also a fairly large store with a mixture of food and camping items. The staff is friendly and they lead you to your site. There is free WIFI, however it is like most RV Parks, very slow, takes a while to logon. I gave up and used my own WIFI, it is that bad!!. Anything and everything that you may want is just a couple of miles from the park: Movie Theater, Wal-Mart, Mall etc. The park is on the outskirts and just a few minutes from downtown Fort Worth and Dallas. We have stayed at the park several times and would stay again. We are traveling from Southern California. Love this area of Texas, I think you will also. We camped at Texan RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Pavilion RV Park, West Monroe, Louisiana

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

All the interior roads are dirt. Most full time campers have no respect for other campers, they drive much to fast. If you happen to be assigned a camp site down wind, beware the DUST!! We have stayed at the park several times while visiting family who live just a few miles away, the dust is my biggest complaint. Otherwise the park is fine. The park is across the street from a popular truck stop. Many popular restaurants, movie theater, etc. in the area. Full hookups, bathrooms, showers, laundry room. This is park does not provide entertainment for kids., really just a place to park while visiting the area. We camped at Pavilion RV Park in a Motorhome.

Millwood Landing Golf & RV Resort, Ashdown, Arkansas

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

The park has many RV sites to accommodate large or small rigs . All sites have full hook up, water, sewer and electric. very nice 18 hole golf course, small laundry facility, large swimming pool, free WiFi and two fishing lakes. Also, along the edge of the lakes are rental cabins and full hook up camping sites. On site security is provided. There is a small town within 9 miles which has several Restaurants and fast food joints and of course a Walmart. Some areas of the park are a work in progress but still very nice. We have stayed here many times in our 40 class "A" motor-home. Well stay again. We camped at Millwood Landing Golf & RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Golden Pond RV Park, Shirley, Arkansas

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

The park is nothing special, just a place to set up your RV. The sites are very close to each other, this could be uncomfortable if the park were fully occupied. The management tries to leave a site vacant between each RV. The interior roads are paved, the sites are grass, no dust. The park is fine if you are there just to enjoy the surrounding area, which is very pretty. Full Hook Up, 50 amp, sewer, water and a small laundry facility. As far as a town goes there really is not much of one to mention. Larger town, Clinton, 15 miles away. We would stay again. We camped at Golden Pond RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The park is next to a major highway, so expect some noise, I did not find it to be a problem. The interior roads and sites are gravel, not bad if other campers control there speed while coming and going. Each site has a tree and grass medium between sites. There is an on site Laundry facility. Big Rig Gas and Diesel Station two doors down from the park which has a convenient store and deli. The park is close to all major shopping and Restaurants including LAMBERT'S CAFE (home of the throwed rolls). We have stayed at this park several time. $30.00 per day. Overall Rating:

Traveling from So. Calif, we have stayed at the park several times. Full Hook-ups, 50 amp. Level Concrete pads, most sites are shaded, some open to the south for satellite. Free internet, be sure to get voucher number from park attendant also free fire wood. Several picnicking sites which are covered with tables. The trees are kept trimmed as to keep from hitting larger RVs. We stayed here in a Class "A" 40 motor-home. NO PROBLEMS. We camped at Burrell Park and Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

New Vision RV Park, LLC, Oaktown, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this park in the past. The park is nothing special just a place to set up your RV, with full hookups including 50 amp. The park has a laundry room. They let you send or receive mail. There is a fishing lake on site, no license required. The interior roads and set up sites are gravel, the surrounding areas are grass and trees. The down side of the park is that it is next to a major highway and the train runs along side of the park. During the day this was not a problem, however! at night WOW! get some ear plugs, I did and that worked. Bring your ear plugs. I would stay again. Other than the above, it is a nice park. I would rate the park a 10 except for the night time noise. We camped at New Vision RV Park, LLC in a Motorhome.
