Date of Stay:

Beautiful setting, shady sites, nice facilities. Only problem: insects. It was so bad we really couldn't enjoy the campsite. Goes with the territory, I suppose.

Date of Stay:

The main advantage to this place is proximity to the Cypress Hills and to Elkwater. The campground itself is nothing special, and seems to be the favorite place for lots of party-goers. Still, facilities were adequate and there was a beat up basketball court that occupied my kids for hours.

Date of Stay:

Nicely developed and maintained RV park. It will be even better when the swimming pool is done. (Since we stayed there last month, that may have already happened by now). Friendly, attentive staff. Pick the pine firewood (not the birch), as it is drier.

Date of Stay:

Excellent place all-round. Ultra-clean, ultra-professional. I mentioned to the front desk that a dog had defecated near our campsite, and by the time I'd finished breakfast, it had been taken care of. Only quibbles were unreliable Wi-Fi and a pool that is a bit small for the large number of families camping there. As for the previous poster who doesn't like "'religious' signs push[ing] their beliefs on customers", I assume she means the sign advising customers of a worship service Sunday mornings. That's not our thing, either, but we certainly did not find it offensive (or "push[y]") for people whose thing it is to be advised of this service. Lighten up, for pete's sakes!
