This is a very nice RV park. Most of the lots are intended for sale and from what I gather, most are meant for those who purchase as a summer home, so not exactly full-time RVing except perhaps in the summer. As such, most of the sites have decks and gazebos built in. I gather that some sites are purchased but are used periodically and rented out to visitors at other times. We were put in Phase 2, which is new. Our site was therefore just gravel. The clubhouse and pool in Phase 2 were not yet finished. On one hand it was nice to be in Phase 2 as it is very quiet right now, most sites being new and unoccupied. On the other hand, it's the same rate for having to walk across to amenities, and the Wi-Fi is not good at all in Phase 2. In general: well kept, playground and carousel were fun for the little kids, the owners were very nice, it is pet friendly ($5 extra for dogs), and the pool is lovely and clean, as are the restrooms.

We've stayed here twice and really like it. Pool area is great for kids. Owners are friendly and seem to take good care of the entire park - after quiet hours began we noticed one owner would walk around, which was nice as it kept things quiet. Dog walking area is great. The playground isn't fancy but little kids will like it. Restrooms were cleaned daily; a little messy in the evenings but it was a long weekend. Great location.

This is a small but awesome RV park on the east side of Kelowna. As other commenters have noted it is part of a working farm. The owner was super friendly and allowed our kids to help her pick eggs in the morning. Kids loved seeing the chickens and feeding them. It's a short walk to some great hiking/biking areas and about 15 min from downtown Kelowna. Restroom/laundry were clean and tidy and the owner was super friendly, as were the young folks she had working with her!

Great location to reach downtown Portland. We did not think it was terribly noisy though you do sometimes hear a train or airplane - nothing too ridiculous. Internet was spotty on our phones but fine on computers. Didn't try the cable TV. Kids really enjoyed the riverfront access at the park across the street; even borrowed life jackets for them from the lifeguards. Restrooms were clean. Park was generally pretty quiet. Our site had some trees for shade but most don't. Definitely some long term residents but all sites were generally tidy and people were friendly.

This is one of our favourite parks to camp at; we used to have a tent trailer and they were just as friendly then as now when we have a big trailer. Staff are super kind. Note, they only take cash or debit (but if you're Canadian, your debit card may not work) - they were nice enough to let us stay the first night trusting that we would hit the bank for some cash on the second day. Restrooms/showers are really clean. Dog off leash area is not huge but is more than adequate.
