7th Ranch RV Camp, Garryowen, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Very well run park. Everyone super friendly and helpful about things to do in area. Gravel sites and interior roads well maintained

Some sites more of a leveling issue than others. Needs a playground for kids. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Make sure to tour Big Bend recreational areas both south and north when going north remember higher elevation will need a jacket. We saw snow still in mountain top in mid June.

Red Trail Campground, Medora, North Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Great location to tour area but park needs TLC. Lots tight, not much grass or gravel, cars park in front sideways so can be tough to get out if others are not in tight.

Rudest check in woman in 3 years of traveling. Waited 10 minutes to check in while she worked on computer asked about things to do in area she pointed to a map on side wall and said it is all on there. One other campground in area not sure what it is like but would try there couldn't be worse than here

Would not return. We camped at Red Trail Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Enjoyed Teddy Roosevelt performance in town and Medora musical. Don't miss see north loop of NP more spectacular scenery than south
