This park has been taken over by new owners and they are making some very positive changes to the park. It was a very enjoyable experience and we would stay there again We camped at Seligman Route 66 KOA in a Motorhome.

Great park and within our resort system. The dollar fee was an electric surcharge - fairly normal for the Southwest. Great view of Laughlin. We camped at Ridgeview RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice small campground with lots of trees. Only downfall was lack of cable TV and road noise. Host was very accommodating and the stay was enjoyable. Limited laundry facility - 3 washers and 2 dryers. Nice park! We camped at Sunrise Valley RV Park LLC in a Motorhome.

Grand Sierra Resort RV Park, Reno, Nevada

Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

The park was well maintained and there were plenty of staff on hand to help with any issues or concerns. I felt the $53 per night rate very high for weekday rates and the $51 rate per night for weekend very high. We stayed there for seven nights for a convention. The rates were not high due to supply & demand as many campsites were empty, especially during mid week - they were at probably 40% capacity. I would not stay there again due to the high rates. It was over 1/2 of what the hotel rate was for the convention - not a very good savings when you tie in the cost of fuel! We camped at Grand Sierra Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.
