I loved this place! So quiet. There is no rec hall, store or WiFi. We had a waterfront site (#8). Very pet friendly. It seemed like most everyone there had dogs. Everyone was excellent about cleaning up after their pets. Park was very clean with beautiful green grass everywhere. There are fruit and cedar trees. There were lilies and morning glory flowers. Getting to the water could be tough for some people. Lake Champlain is naturally rocky with rocky, slippery shores. They did a good job of placing flat boulders down to step on to get to the dock where there is a ladder to climb into and out of the water. Owners were very pleasant. This place is a gem.

Very shady spots in the woods. There are safari sites too. We were there on July 4th weekend. They had a good band on Saturday night. Pet friendly but pets are not allowed in swimming area and rec halls. Horseshoes, soccer fields and activities for children. We'll be back.

This seemed like mostly seasonal sites with additions built onto trailers. There was one site- "Jake's Place" that had so much junk on it (I mean junk) that the theme from "Sanford and Son" came into my head every time that I walked by it. The water in the cove looked low, as if it had been drained. The pool was clean. The staff was friendly. There were activities every night in the rec hall until 11. This wasn't a peaceful experience that we were looking for. I don't think we will go back.
