Northlake Village RV Park, Northlake, Texas

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

Large, open site easy to back into. Site was paved with fine gravel and level. Utilities were at the side towards the year, very accessible. Small pool but the grand kids loved it. Wifi was down during our stay. There is no cable. Nice place near Dallas, very quiet and well kept. Will stop here again. We camped at Northlake Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Shreveport / Bossier City KOA (formerly Tall Pines RV Park), Shreveport, Louisiana

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Easy access to I20, wide interior roads and turns, roads paved with gravel. Site had concrete pad and patio with table and chairs. The patio was ideally positioned for my awning. We sat and watched the rain while we were perfectly dry. The wifi very good and the cable was ok. Staff was very nice, pool was ok, a trifle small maybe. Will definitely stay her again. We camped at Shreveport / Bossier City KOA (formerly Tall Pines RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Sallisaw / Fort Smith West KOA, Sallisaw, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Easy access to I40. Wide roads and sites, both gravel surfaced. Interior roads are plenty wide and site was long enough for mh and towed. 8 foot grass area between sites. Cable and wifi worked well. The park is close to I40, but no noticeable road noise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We camped at Sallisaw / Fort Smith West KOA in a Motorhome.

Buffalo / I-40 KOA, Hurricane Mills, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Small park close to I40. Interior roads and sites paved with dirt and gravel. About 6 feet between spaces. Wifi and cable were good. Satellite didn't work because of trees. My site was not really long enough for my 43 foot motorhome. However, the park has section of pull-throughs at end of row that they make long enough by blocking road behind the toad. This worked perfectly fine and I didn't have to disconnect. Very nice for stop over along I40, I would stay here again. We camped at Buffalo / I-40 KOA in a Motorhome.

Baileyton RV Park, Greeneville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Small park with easy access to I81. Sites are level and surfaced with gravel. About 8 foot grassy area between sites. Roads were gravel surfaced also and wide enough for easy navigation. Wifi was ok, AT&T phone and hotspot worked fine. Trees blocked satellite, but park cable was good. We camped at Baileyton RV Park in a Motorhome.

Hershey RV & Camping Resort, Lebanon, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $3.00
Overall Rating:

This is a well maintained, clean park. Spaces are level with gravel surface and extra wide separation between sites. Road width was adequate to maneuver my 43 foot motorhome, but required care while turning. We were in H area with no extra charge for 50 Amp, other 50 Amp areas have $5/day surcharge. Wifi was non-existent but AT&T hotspot worked fine. Satellite worked well. Would stay her again. We camped at Hershey RV & Camping Resort in a Motorhome.

Outdoor World / Gettysburg Farm Campground, Dover, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

Large, grassy spaces with plenty of room for chaise and awnings. Spaces with no shade, partial shade, and full shade available. Wifi is Tengo and pretty much worthless. My AT&T hotspot worked fine, but had to go outside RV for phone calls. Plenty for kids, playground, large pool, farm animals and room to ride bikes and run around. Park is well maintained, roads are gravel with no ruts or potholes, spaces are paved with gravel and dirt. Maybe 40% of spaces are filled with permanent or seasonal campers, but still plenty of space available for shorter period campers. Very nice place, we'll come here again. We camped at Outdoor World / Gettysburg Farm Campground in a Motorhome.

Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park, Mitchell, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Large, gravel paved site with easy access to I 90. Site had wide grassy area with picnic table. Very close to interstate, but road noise wasn't a bother. Most campers were short term. Campers had access to motel pool, which was clean and well cared for. Nice spot for a day or two. I would visit again. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small park with nice fishing lake, Cable and wifi were good. Large site paved with gravel. Easy access to Interstate. Interior roads were ok. Aquia Pines Camp Resort, Stafford, Virginia

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $62.00
Overall Rating:

Interior roads are tight, but park personnel guided my 43 ft motorhome into my space with no problem. Cable and sat reception were both good. Wifi was sporadic. Site was level, but cramped. Pool was clean and large enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. We camped at Aquia Pines Camp Resort in a Motorhome.

Interior roads to camping area are narrow, but camping area roads wide. Park has historical sites, play ground, wide grassy areas and a stream. Plenty for kids to do and a chance to learn something. Site was wide gravel paved pull through, easy to get in and out of. Wifi was OK. We camped at Tannehill Ironworks Historical State Park in a Motorhome.

Forest Lake RV Park & Camping Resort (Thousand Trails), Advance, North Carolina

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $3.00
Overall Rating:

Easy access to I85. Very nice and helpful staff. Large sites, mostly well maintained. Many long term campers, but plenty of sites for short term stays. Wifi costs extra, but well worth the couple of dollars. Most sites are back in. However, we were able to get out 43 ft MH in pretty easily. Would like to see this place in summer, I imagine it would be very nice. Stayed a week this time and would stay again. We camped at Forest Lake RV Park & Camping Resort (Thousand Trails) in a Motorhome.

Thousand Trails / Carolina Landing, Fair Play, South Carolina

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $3.00
Overall Rating:

All sites are on hill and none are level. We had to try 3 sites before we got close to leveling the motorhome. Wifi only in clubhouse. Narrow roads with many potholes, hard to maneuver 43 ft rv. Park is pretty. Staff is friendly and helpful. But roads and sites need maintenance. TT needs to modernize its parks with cable and upgraded wifi. Probably much nicer in summer when pool and lake are available. We camped at Thousand Trails / Carolina Landing in a Motorhome.
