Perk Beach RV Park & Campground, Perkinston, Mississippi

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here due to location only. The grounds maintenance was satisfactory, but there were a lot of old run down campers and several trashy sites. WIFI was pretty much useless. Drug use and thefts were evident. Police presence had increased much throughout our stay. We moved to Shady Cove RV Park in Hattiesburg, MS and paid a month's rent. Afterwards, we found out both parks have the same owner. We are looking forward to leaving there also. We camped at Perk Beach RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Walden's Creek Campground, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This was a small park that might provide some parking difficulty for big rigs, but some were present in the park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our parking space was assigned on arrival. The location of the park was convenient. Rather enjoyed watching the ducks walking through the park. We camped at Walden's Creek Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

This is a quiet and peaceful park conveniently located near Interstate 59, local businesses and restaurants, Lookout Mountain, and other scenic attractions. Management was friendly. We have stayed here 2 times for a week at a time and would like to return for another short stay when in the area. We camped at Wills Creek RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Southwind RV Park, Foley, Alabama

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

There is a clubhouse on site, but not much else in the way of amenities in this senior community. The park was well kept and management was friendly and helpful as well as other members of the community. We enjoyed staying here for 4 months and look forward to returning in the future to revisit the Mobile flea market, USS Alabama, Alabama coast, and other attractions. We camped at Southwind RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
