Pine Springs Campground (NPS Campground), Guadalupe Mountains National Park, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

This national park has an excellent paved parking area designated for campers to locate their campers. The restrooms were clean. There was a freshwater source so that fresh water could be used to fill our water tank. Good tasting water and was convenient located. We would have liked to operate a generator a little longer in the evening but we understand the need for conformity with that type of equipment. We had a one-night stay. We camped at Pine Springs Campground (NPS Campground) in a Motorhome.

Carlsbad RV Park and Campground, Carlsbad, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

We were fortunate to be able to use this campground. We were very pleased with the facility as the management was most helpful and helped us with having an appropriate site for our travel trailer. I would recommend this park to anyone. It was very convenient for us to have access to Carlsbad Caverns and that national park's activities. We camped at Carlsbad RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Along the River Park , Capitan, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

My wife and I spent 8 nights at this campground and had a most wonderful time. Owner was most cordial to us and was very helpful about things in the surrounding area that were of interest to us. We especially enjoyed having our camper located on a site on the river. My wife's sister and her husband had their trailer here also and this owner made every effort to ensure that we had adjoining campsites. We shared sites number 11 and 12. I would recommend this campground to others. Since we stayed and paid for 7 nights we got the 8th night free. We checked on some other campgrounds in the nearby area and felt that we got a bargain at Sundance. We camped at Along the River Park in a Travel Trailer.
