Stayed here for a month. This park is a gem. Extremely clean and well maintained. Paved roads, cement pads and beautiful lawn between spaces. Each site includes a nice white picnic table and cement table pad along with a BBQ stand. The park is so well maintained and you can see the owner operators (2 couples) who live here take great pride in their property. This is absolutely one of the best parks there is. Safeway, Starbucks and many other facilities are next to the park within easy walking distance. No noise from the shopping center though as the park is on the backside of the center. Only downside to this park is the Wi-Fi. You have to pay additional for it and it is spotty. Verizon 4G is NOT good, we were unable to stream videos for Netflix, etc. There is a nominal monthly pet fee (one time payment).

This is a very nice RV park with some full-timers. Place is very well maintained and spaces are large although mostly gravel. Sites are very long, RV parks on gravel and step out onto a 10' x 40' long patio and a 4' x 40' wide grass patch (nicely maintained). This is part of the G7 RV Resorts. It's got a great salt water/chlorinated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Only drawback is there is no shade but we were here during perfect weather.

This is a very beautiful park with some wide open spaces. Lawns are kept like a putting green. Very friendly staff. Right on the water with access to a marina and boat launch. There are train tracks nearby, but they really didn't cause that much noise to even bother. The maintenance and care given to this park far outweigh any little train noise. I would definitely stay here again. Each site has a BBQ pit and table.
