Leisure Lake Family Campground, Sumner, Michigan

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice, clean campground built around an old gravel pit. The sites are a great size as we did not feel cramped at all. The sites are all grass and it is required that you only use a poly rug as to maintain the integrity of the grass. Their is plenty to do with the kids at this campground and they are pet friendly. There is also a nice size field next to the campground where you can run your dog. The only downside to this campground, in my opinion, is the lack of shade (immature trees) and you are out in the wide open countryside so it gets a bit windy at times. We liked this campground overall and our grand kids had a ball. We camped at Leisure Lake Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

A very friendly campground with large shade trees and ample space. This campground is not very large but is great for my liking.
