Tiger Run RV Resort, Breckenridge, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $80.00
Overall Rating:

This was the most beautiful park we've ever stayed in! That is the only good thing I can say. When we arrived there was no water pressure so I called and was told they had not had complaints at that site and would send maintenance. By check-out the next day no one had come so we did not get to shower. The wireless was a joke. The morning we left the electrical was so messed up we thought our rig was fried but it worked fine that evening in another park. We didn't even try the air conditioner. Thank goodness for cool mountain air. Dumpsters were so well hidden we couldn't find one. Pretty obvious they do not want overnight guests. This is a park where the sites are owned. We were so disappointed because it is beautiful and a wonderful location. We camped at Tiger Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Garden of the Gods Campground, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

Nice place. Near everything. Staff was friendly. Gave us a late checkout so we could attend the bike race. Spaces are tight so if you sit out you are very close to the neighbor's hookups, but there is so much to do in the area that may not be an issue. We camped at Garden of the Gods Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Las Vegas, New Mexico KOA, Las Vegas, New Mexico

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Nice people. This is our second stay in the campground and we will go back. Our only complaints are the grass burrs which make walking dogs difficult and the rough road to the park. Good park for the money. We camped at Las Vegas, New Mexico KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
