Kansas State Fairgrounds, Hutchinson, Kansas

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Nice large campground, very tricky to get into the campground. Full hookup sites. Water, elect 30/50 amp, Sewer. Payment is on the Honor system. No shade what so ever anywhere near. this is a state fair ground facility , being so there are no amenities that would be at a normal campground. that being said this is an excellent facility We camped at Kansas State Fairgrounds in a Fifth Wheel.

Tyler Oaks RV Resort, Tyler, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice fairly new campground. Sites are level concrete pads with lots of room. There is no shade, maybe in 20 years; there is a small tree at each site. Very quiet place to stay. Will stay there again. We camped at Tyler Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

River Town Campground, Vicksburg, Mississippi

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Very Nice Campground, Gravel roads and level gravel sites. No shade trees. this is a very nice campground. there is no AT&T cell service. that is beyond their control. Their hookups are at the rear of the sites, so be prepared to use 20 to 30 feet of sewer hose. We camped at River Town Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Camp Lakewood Campground & RV Park, Effingham, Illinois

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This one of the nicest RV parks that we have stayed at. I rated a 9 only because of the gravel sites. This is a First Class campground. Very quiet, lots of shade. The park hosts are the best. We stayed two different times on our way to and from the Goshen rally. Will for sure stop off again when in the area. We camped at Camp Lakewood Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Cajun RV Park, Biloxi, Mississippi

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This is the nicest campground we have ever stayed at, the only fault I can find is the entrance and exit on to Highway 90, Beach Hwy. one way traffic allows only access to the west bound lanes. This has nothing to do with the campground but you need to know this as you can only enter going west bound. The beach is across the street. We camped at Cajun RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Cajun RVera, New Iberia, Louisiana

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Great campground very clean large concrete pads. But the young ladies who work the office are clueless when trying to give directions. Seemed to be high school girls working a summer job. I had to ask for a receipt, then only got a cash register receipt. This is a great place but needs lots of management. No trees anywhere thus no shade. What happened for the Fire Ants. We camped at Cajun RVera in a Fifth Wheel.

Just returned from a 3 day trip to Queen Wilhelmina, they have just added 50 amp service to most sites and will be opening the Lodge very soon. Although it rained the whole time it's a great campground with no wi-fi. We camped at Queen Wilhelmina State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Petit Jean State Park, Morrilton, Arkansas

Very beautiful Park, this is our second time to stay here. It has water, elect and sewer with 50 amp, great view of the lake, several hiking trails. We have reservations for next year. I would have rated a 10 but most of the sites are a little unlevel. Most sites are pull thru. We camped at Petit Jean State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Downtown Riverside RV Park, North Little Rock, Arkansas

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. Rates reflect holiday weekend rates,no discount. Great campground right on the river overlooking downtown Little Rock, easy walking distance to everything. Very secure and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. However we stayed in spot # 8 and were invaded with ants, so bad that I went to a nearby box store and got bug spray. Wi-Fi was intermittent at best; it was great early in the morning. Oh, you can access the pedestrian railroad bridge from the park that goes directly to the Pres Clinton Library. We will definitely return. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
