Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $72.00
Overall Rating:

This use to be an excellent park. Be very careful and check electric KWH rates if staying on the monthly plan. They charge 0.08 per KWH when they are only charged 0.04 to 0.08 per KWH depending on the season. Our electric bill for the month of December was $193.00. Someone is awful greedy. They DO NOT tell you the rate at check-in.

Security is excellent, noise from airport and sirens is terrible. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Pismo Coast Village RV Resort, Pismo Beach, California

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $64.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here in a 40' Motorhome w/4 slides and were given a space that was short and narrow. The rear of the coach protruded into the space behind us. Our space was directly across from the playground which would be OK if the guardians would supervise the screaming youngsters. There is NO direct beach access. We will not stay here again. This is truly a family park and is fine if you have children. If you use the picnic tables please cover them first, our neighbor disconnected his sewer hose and placed it on our picnic table while he continued to unhook, UGH!!! We camped at Pismo Coast Village RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Butte KOA, Butte, Montana

Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice level gravel pull through. Easy access from I-15/I-90, next to Butte Visitor Center. City walking paths direct from park, excellent area to walk and exercise pets. Can get Satellite from most spots. Some long term but clean and quite. Great friendly and accommodating owners. Would definitely stay here when in Butte. 45' coaches are not a problem. Watch for pothole when entering. We camped at Butte KOA in a Motorhome.

Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground, Bryce Canyon, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice clean park. Spaces are a little close in the upper section. We had a beautiful end site in the center section. Some sites may require additional leveling and some have the sewer connection uphill. Satellite reception good. AT&T very weak, Verizon 2-3 bars. Wi-Fi is v e r y s l o w. ATV trails right from the campground make this a perfect spot. Closest to Bryce Canyon NP. Would stay here again. 40' motorhome with toad and RZR SxS. Did not use facilities. We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Lone Pine Campground, Lone Pine, California

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

CAUTION! The Reservations.gov site lists some sites can accommodate a 40' RV. There is even a Pull-Thru that we reserved that was long enough but had a 2' decline in 40'. The issue with this campground is the road and the rocks they placed next to it. It is extremely tight and you will be lucky to get through without damage. Don't tow anything and don't get here at night. Forest Service CC, clean and great for tents or small RV <30'. Stream to fish and miles of mountain trails. Next to Mt. Whitney in the Sierras. We camped at Lone Pine Campground in a Motorhome.
