Riverview RV Park, Vermilion, Ohio

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Wooded (shaded) sites. 50amp service. Level stone site with plenty of grassy areas. Large area for walking dogs (on leash) and access to the river if you have your own kayaks or canoes. Close to grocery and fast food, and close to charming Norman Rockwell-esque town of Vermilion. Owner is 3rd generation. Several pull through sites for larger motorhomes-can rent by day or week or month or seasonal. We gave it a try and decided to rent a seasonal site! We camped at Riverview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Bill Monroe Memorial Music Park & Campground, Bean Blossom, Indiana

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Spooky park. Thought we were on a empty drive in theater lot. Would not stay here again. In fact, we left after the first night. Stayed in the fall and there was no one around. All but one restroom closed. Would not recommend during off season for sure. We camped at Bill Monroe Memorial Music Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Brown County KOA (formerly The Last Resort RV Park) , Nashville, Indiana

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

Funny name for a very nice campground. Friendly and helpful owners, clean restrooms. Narrow sites, but, shade is available. We stayed in the fall-convenient to sweet town of Nashville and close enough to Indiana University, too. Perfect for a mid week getaway. We camped at Brown County KOA (formerly The Last Resort RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Wow! Great campground-wooded, shaded, private, clean, friendly, perfect location. This is a winner. Stayed here in late September, so it was not crowded at all. We will return next fall. We camped at Petoskey KOA in a Motorhome.

Sunny Brook RV Resort, South Haven, Michigan

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful resort atmosphere rather than wooded campground. Very friendly and helpful staff, from registration to on site. No privacy, but very quiet. Plenty of room in October. Clean restrooms. This is a park geared to long term stay, but, we felt welcome even for the one night we stayed. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.
