Davy Crockett Birthplace State Park, Limestone, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

We loved our stay. Beautiful park along the Nolichucky River. Heres what we found as positive. * Friendly and service oriented staff. * Price is reasonable * Mostly pull through sites *Full hookups * Mostly level sites * paved sites * Clean *Beautiful walking trails Other considerations. Little tight for big rigs. Roads leading to camp are narrow. We got no over the air TV stations. Bottom line. Highly recommend. We camped at Davy Crockett Birthplace State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Magnolia Park, Apopka, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park. Great value for the Orlando area. The things that make this park good are: 1. great location 2. quiet 3. low cost 4. flat sites 5. good cell and TV reception 6. controlled entry at night 7. great camp staff 8. lot of shade 9. privacy is good. Important things to know: 1. Tight 2. lots of threes next to road 3. no sewer hookup 4. we were in a 34' fifth wheel and had difficulty parking and setting up. 5. anything over 30' the driver needs to be really good 6. dump station is poorly designed for larger RV Great place for a few days and a smaller RV. We camped at Magnolia Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Fort Caspar Campground, Casper, Wyoming

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This is a satisfactory lay over camp. Good for a one night stay. The sites are gravel and level but tight. WIFI is poor. No tables, hookups are okay. Many pets and children. Speed bumps are present. Big dip as you enter. Many TV stations using antenna. If you are planning a two day or more stay I suggest using another camp. We camped at Fort Caspar Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Oklahoma City East KOA, Choctaw, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Because of weather concerns, we stayed only one night. Also the rate is some what high. This is a very good KOA. Clean. Lots are level and have all hook ups. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Verizon service was great. Our site was a pull-thru. WIFI was good. We would certainly stay here again. We camped at Oklahoma City East KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Agricenter International RV Park, Memphis, Tennessee

Date of Stay: March, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Location. That's the advantage afforded by the Agricenter. It's convenient to every thing in the Memphis and Germantown area. If you want convenience and not beauty this is a perfect camp. Cost is reasonable. Our gravel site needed a lot of leveling. Neighbors are close. Only two showers. WIFI was good. Traffic is terrible so avoid rush hours. Camp host was friendly and helpful. No shade. Good signs to the camp. Full hook ups. I would stay again. We camped at Agricenter International RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Shallow Creek Golf & RV Resort, Gladewater, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

I'll start with the bad things: NONE. Shallow Creek could serve as a benchmark park. Excellent camp host. Nice concrete level sites. Superb WIFI. Clean everything. Electrical and water hookups great condition. The golf course is no longer owned by the RV park. There is a pool, a catch and release fish pond, laundry, hot tub, playground, big private showers, and each is well-cared for. Bottom line: highly recommend. We camped at Shallow Creek Golf & RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Castle Keepers RV Resort, Murfreesboro, Arkansas

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Main points: The WIFI service at Castle Keepers is excellent. The pads are gravel and require minor leveling. Customer service is very personal... rules are strictly enforced. Trees make roads somewhat tight but even large fifth wheels parked without problems. Bath rooms do not have a shower. A Fresco shower is available. Verizon service is okay. We enjoyed our two night stay and plan to stay there again. Enjoyed the two camp pups... especially Chief. We camped at Castle Keepers RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Edgar Evins State Park, Silver Point, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

A quiet and beautiful camp. We stayed in campsite 39. It was level and water and electric are conveniently located. The camping platforms are unusual but are flat and afford beautiful views. WiFi is available but really slow. No Verizon service. We look forward to another stay. We camped at Edgar Evins State Park in a Travel Trailer.
