Big rig friendly with level sites. Showers and wi-fi were good. Easy on/off access to Hwy 20. No dog park but grass to walk dog. We camped at Eagle RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Small full grocery store and downtown was 3 miles but easy drive. Hot Springs State Park was 5 miles with the world's largest mineral hot springs and very scenic. The hot springs was free for 20 minutes in the state park.

Big rig friendly with level sites. Easy on/off access. Showers, laundry, and WiFi were good. Good dog park and easy walk around campground. First time charged $5.00 a day for facility use which were all for children and we don't have children. Also charged $3.00 for our dog. Cable was good and no problem with our satellite. We camped at Cody KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Walmart, shopping, and downtown was 5 miles but straight down road. Buffalo Bill dam was 10 miles but easy drive and worth a visit. Yellowstone National Park was 55 miles but easy drive.

Sleeping Bear RV Park & Campground, Lander, Wyoming

Big rig friendly with level sites. Showers and Wi-Fi were good. Did not use laundry. No dog park but two grassy dog walks to walk dog. Campsite had a beautiful view overlooking the town and the mountain. We camped at Sleeping Bear RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Mr D's Grocery, restaurants, and downtown was less than a mile. Sink Canyon State Park with moderate trail to Popo Agie Falls was beautiful and worth the 6 mile trip. Eagle Bronze Foundry was 2 miles and worth the tour.

Rawlins KOA, Rawlins, Wyoming

Easy access to I80. Site was not level. This was not a typical KOA. Wifi, laundry, and showers were good. Dog park needed work and our dog didn't like the grass. We camped at Rawlins KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Walmart was 5 miles but no other shopping. Rawlins was a small town and several stores were out of business. Rawlins prison was interesting but not much else to do.

Big rig friendly with level sites. WiFi, laundry, and showers were good. Easy on/off I25. Both of the two small dog parks required maintenance because the grass was so tall it was difficult to clean up. Campground was good to walk the dog. We camped at AB Camping & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Walmart and downtown was less than 10 miles but easy drive. Capital was under renovation to the original historic building. Several downtown western museums were worth a visit, reasonable cost or free.

Dakota Ridge RV Park, Golden, Colorado

Big rig friendly with level sites. Easy access to I-70 and downtown Golden. Denver is 11 miles but traffic is heavy. Laundry and showers were good. WiFi was excellent at our campsite. No dog park but two trails with grass and grassy mountain to walk dog. Have stayed at over 100 campgrounds and this is the only one that charged $5.00 a day for our motorcycle which was parked at our site. We camped at Dakota Ridge RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Walmart was 2 miles and Camping World was 1 mile. Shopping and restaurants were 15 minutes but easy access on I25. Colorado Springs had beautiful scenery within 30 minutes including Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Manitou Cliff Dwellers. All were worth visiting.

Big rig friendly with level sites. One way tunnel off Exit 108 North I-25 and immediate right into campground was tricky but not a problem for our travel trailer. Wi was excellent at our campsite. Laundry, showers, and dog park was good. Cable was good with 50 channels and no problem with our satellite. We camped at Pueblo KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Walmart, shopping, and restaurants was 20 minutes but easy drive down I-25. Downtown Pueblo was 30 minutes but easy drive and worth the visit. Royal Gorge was one hour drive but definitely worth the visit.

Beautiful view of Fishers Peak and lake. View of Rocky Mountains in distance. Walmart was 5 miles but no other shopping. Trinidad was a small but worth a visit. Several restaurants within a few miles.

Big rig friendly with level sites. Easy on/off to I10. Travel and trains very noisy day and night making sleep very difficult. Showers were good. Small indoor pool was nice. Dog enjoyed the dog park. WiFi was limited and unavailable most of the time. Good overnight spot but nothing to do for longer stay. We camped at 81 Palms Senior RV Resort (55+ Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Big rig friendly with level sites. Good to be escorted to site because large resort. WiFi was good at our site most of time and a WiFi hotspot close to the laundry. Many activities available including daily water aerobics, pickleball, crafts, quilting, weekly entertainment, exercise room, and many others. Materials for quilting and crafts were provided to make which was donated to local charities. Large dog park was nice and bags were provided. Easy to walk dog and ride bicycle throughout resort. We camped at Voyager Resort & RV Park (55+ park) in a Travel Trailer.
