Sun Lakes Park Resort, Coulee City, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This parks is family oriented with a swimming pool, paddle boats, rowboats, kayaks, mini golf and a swim beach. We stayed in an upper plateau site which is level, long and wide with full hookups. The staff was friendly. The building are looking somewhat shabby. The WiFi is weak as is the AT&T service but Verizon seems fairly good. We camped at Sun Lakes Park Resort in a Motorhome.

Winthrop / N. Cascades National Park KOA, Winthrop, Washington

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We stay here over the Memorial Day weekend and the park was packed. The driveways are easy to navigate gravel and well maintained. The sites are mostly level, gravel and grass with a picnic table and fire pit. Some sites are shaded some are sunny. The WiFi was weak when the park was full but worked well on Monday night when most people had departed. The utilities are well placed and worked well. We will stay here again. We camped at Winthrop / N. Cascades National Park KOA in a Motorhome.

Klamath Falls KOA, Klamath Falls, Oregon

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

I am not sure what is different but the last time we were here we decided that dry camping at the casino would be better and this time the park is clean, neat and the staff is pleasant. We will use this park on our next trip through. Our site was tight but big enough for our 32 foot motorhome towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee and slides out. The driveways are smooth gravel if somewhat narrow. The cable TV is good and the WiFi is some of the best we have had. The utilities are well placed and work well. We camped at Klamath Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Whiskey Flats RV Park, Hawthorne, Nevada

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

This is a neat, clean and well managed park. The driveways are wide smooth gravel. The sites have concrete pads, picnic tables and the tree will eventually provide shade. The utilities work well however the sewer connection is at the back so you may need a long hose. The WiFi is okay for email but not streaming. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Whiskey Flats RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

This is a clean and neat well managed park. The driveways are dirt and smooth enough to be pave. The site are level dirt with hedges that provide privacy and some shade but make them fairly narrow. That said we did not have any problem putting out our slides. The utilities worked well. The WiFi in site 116 was of limited use. We camped at Kingman KOA in a Motorhome.

Route 66 RV Resort, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This a nice new RV park with easy to navigate driveways, generous sites with concrete pads, picnic table and utilities that all work well but lack shade. The restrooms and shower are very clean but the men's shower is the size of a toilet stall. There is no cable however the OTA has a large number of channels. The WiFi is better than most. The park is about 20 miles outside Albuquerque. We camped at Route 66 RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a well laid out, well managed park. The driveways are paved and wide. The sites generous with a concrete pad, a patio and picnic table. The utilities are convenient and work well. The WiFi did not work well in site 80. The laundry is clean and the machines worked well at $1 per load. We camped at Oasis RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Whistle Stop RV Resort, Abilene, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This park is well laid out with wide well maintained gravel driveways. The sites are level with clean gravel, patio, grass and a picnic table. The utilities are well situated and work well. The park is new enough that the shade trees are still very small and it looks like many did not survive and the grass is struggling to make it. The directions in the Good Sam Travel guide are confusing at best and our GPS has the location wrong. I suggest you call for directions. Look for the large sign the says "RV" with horse trails in small letters. We would stay here again. We camped at Whistle Stop RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is well laid out with wide paved driveways, easy access sites with level concrete pads, grass, a picnic table and well place utilities that all worked well. The WiFi is good at site 77 as is cable TV. The showers and restrooms are some of the nicest we have seen. The laundry room is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall Rating:

The park is very easy to get to from I 20. The roads are paved and easy to navigate. The sites are level and well maintained with a nice concrete patio. The laundry is small, two machines, but adequate for the size of the park. The restrooms and showers were clean and neat. There a nice looking swimming pool. We would stay here again. Midessa Oil Patch RV Park, Odessa, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Reading the comments before we arrived we were a little apprehensive and could not quite understand why people like it based on their review. I understand now. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the property is well maintained, the sites are level and smooth, have great shade trees and the hookups are convenient and work well. The WiFi worked well for email and lite surfing. The driveways are paved, a little narrow but we had no problem navigating the park with our 33 foot motorhome towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. While the there is not cable the OTA is good. The only issue is that they provide bottled water because their water has a high nitrate level and is not safe to drink. We camped at Midessa Oil Patch RV Park in a Motorhome.

Kartchner Caverns State Park, Benson, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The setting is great. Lots of space between sites, the roads and sites are paved and easy to navigate. Everything is very clean. The power and water are easy to access. The sites are not perfectly level but our automatic leveling system did not have a problem compensating. The bathrooms and showers are excellent. I would have rated it higher but the lack of sewer connection at the site brings it down. We will stay here again. We camped at Kartchner Caverns State Park in a Motorhome.

Gila Bend KOA (formerly Augie's Quail Trail RV Park), Gila Bend, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2018 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

I echo all the previous comments. Our site is wide and long, 100', and is immaculate. The hook ups all work well. The WiFi is adequate for email but don't plan on watching any long videos. When we checked in they were full for night and had been selling out for several weeks. So call for reservations. We camped at Gila Bend KOA (formerly Augie's Quail Trail RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Likely Place RV & Golf Resort, Likely, California

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

I feel a little odd about this review. We have stayed here before and liked it a lot. The scenery is great. The sites are large. It is very quiet. The wildlife is plentiful. However when we arrived on Monday afternoon at about 3 PM there was nobody around. The pro shop and restaurant were closed. The check in is at the night check in station. The WiFi would not support my email, My wife could not get the codes to work on the bathroom or the laundry room and the weather forecast is for lows in the 20s so we could not leave the water hooked up. In essence we paid $32 dollars for a 50 amp service and some nice scenery. That said we would stay here again just not in this kind of weather. We camped at Likely Place RV & Golf Resort in a Motorhome.
