Walmar Manor Campground, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

33 sites, most for permanent campers. With a 32 feet 5th wheel we only had 2 available sites with full hookups (not big rig friendly).

Would not stay here again except if we had no other choice.

No access to washrooms or showers. They only take Credit Cards, no cash. Good for 1 night to go visit Hershey, PA We camped at Walmar Manor Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Kamper's Lodge Campground, Wilson, North Carolina

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

Before booking we check passport america website and their website to verify their rate. They do not give the Passport America rate, we only needed a 30 amp and paid the higher rate. Pictures not as per their website. Old campground, not well maintained. Old washrooms and not very clean. Washer and dryer newer and clean. A lot of old campers or rv's on site with seasonal friendly campers, not like the staff. Noise from Hwy 301 and from the trains running not far from the park. We would not stay here again. We camped at Kamper's Lodge Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Bass Lake RV Campground, Dillon, South Carolina

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed for 2 nights. Older campground with clean washrooms. Not much pictures on their website to show how the rv park is. Our site was open, no shade very close to the other. Could not open our awning. The sites with only water and electric are beside the full hookups. You park back to back as there is only one sewer for two sites, which puts the other site very close to your rv. The sites with some trees are a bit larger and are more for monthly or seasonal campers. WiFi hotspot only at the office, very slow and cuts all the time. The Walmart Wifi was faster! Good TV. A lot of noise from I-95 and trains all day and all night, it would wake us up. More noise Saturday and Sunday 14 & 15 November from around noon to 7PM (Dillon Motor Speedway Monsters Truck) just the other side of the airport and camping. Would not stay here again because of the noise from I-95. We camped at Bass Lake RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Jolly Acres RV Park and Storage, Saint George, South Carolina

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

This small campground is like the pictures on their website. Clean and well maintained. Even if the washrooms and showers are older they are clean. Our site 12 was open, no shade and concrete pad, beside the office and the washer/dryer. Some noise from the road and sometimes the train. We would stay here again. We camped at Jolly Acres RV Park and Storage in a Fifth Wheel.

Seasons in the Sun RV Resort, Mims, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Pictures as per there website. Stayed 4 nights. The site we got with Passport America was open, no shade on a concrete slab. Long enough to fit the truck and rv with small concrete pad for the picnic table. Grass space between the rv's. Clean park and pool. Washer and dryer older but clean, the same for the washrooms. WiFi hotspots. Good tv. Not to much noise from the road at site 8. Would stay here again. We camped at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Manatee Hammock Campground, Titusville, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

County campground. You can see the different sites on there web. With Passport America, you can't reserve in advance. The lady at the reception had no smile! Asked if we could choose our site, as she gave us one in the sun without any trees. At 89 degrees you need shade. She gave us the choice between 4 (3 in the sun and only 1 in the shade). Washer/dryer old. Washroom and showers old but clean. Can't really kayak because there are too many big rocks. Noise from Hwy 1. Good WiFi. Long term residents were not very friendly. Got bit from something in the sand when sitting outside. Would not stay here again because I can't sit outside without getting bitten. We camped at Manatee Hammock Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Three Lakes RV Resort, Hudson, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

The back of the site we got in facing Danton Ave. a lot of noise all day when we sat outside and no relief even at night. Great staff, no problems to check-in. The resort is clean, washer and dryer also clean. Did not use the pool. Our site was concrete with a slope, so when backing up the bumper of our rv was scraping the slab. Would not come back because of the noise! We camped at Three Lakes RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Ocala Sun RV Resort, Ocala, Florida

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed for 3 nights. Park is big with a lot of full time trailers and RVs. Our site was large enough for a 32 feet fifth wheel, could park our truck on our right. Washer and dryer old and some do not work. We called at 11:00 AM to make a reservation, the lady told us no problem that they had space. When we arrived just before 5 PM the lady at the reception did not have anything. When I said that I had called earlier, she did not remember, but after talking a bit more, she said that she was the one I spoke to! She was not welcoming and was not very happy to see more people arriving after us! WiFi is open and OK. Cable TV not good (snowy). Pet friendly. Pool clean and warm. Passport America cash or credit. Would stay here again. We camped at Ocala Sun RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground clean, big lot easy to park (back-in). On Wednesday night they had a potluck, all campsites could come if they wanted. Had a lot of fun. Pine Lake RV Park, Fountain, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

RV Park not as per their website. Will not come back. Photos from 2005. Park not well maintained, much of what is on their website is not accurate. Pull-through that are easy to use are far from the office and closer to the fishing pond. The sites close to the office and recreation hall are cramped, not easy Pull-thrus because of sites close to the other and trees. Internet slow. Washer and Dryer old. Gym door locked no ccess and Fishing catch and release only not as per there website. Noise from trains, planes and highway, not much from the maintenance of the park! Will not stay here again. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
