Lake Champagne Campground, Randolph Center, Vermont

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Most sites are grass with 30 amps electric and water. The sites near the office are full hook-ups with parking on gravel. There is no pool but the pond is good for swimming. The showers are free and reasonably clean. We have been there several times and will continue to go back. We camped at Lake Champagne Campground in a Motorhome.

Shore Hills Campground and RV Park, Boothbay, Maine

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it. The campground is generally quiet. Most of the roads are paved. Many of the sites are located under the trees, but the pull through site are in open space. The campground has a moto, "No rig is too big." and they mean it. I once spoke with the owner of an RV and trailer combination that is a total of 80 feet long. He was parked in one of the pull through sites and there was still a little room left. We camped at Shore Hills Campground and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Paul Bunyan Campground, Bangor, Maine

Date of Stay: September, 2005 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This is a smaller campground. It's located about 10 minute away from I-95. On the down side it is near the Bangor Airport so you will here planes coming and going. It's not too loud but you hear it. Other than that it's a nice place. We've camped there several times and will probably go back again. We camped at Paul Bunyan Campground in a Motorhome.
