Port Ludlow RV Park, Port Ludlow, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Wonderful park, and the owners could not be more helpful and friendly. They really go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. The sites are heavily wooded and widely spaced so that you never feel like you are camping on top of your next door neighbor: a pristine setting in an evergreen forest. Wonderful trails if you enjoy walking. We camped at Port Ludlow RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wolf Lodge Campground, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $10.00

We were very, very disappointed in this park. Our main critique concerns the very narrow bridge one must cross to get into the rv park. When we phoned to make our reservation and asked about getting to the park, we were told: "come on in." This comment was made to all of our questions. Upon getting to the entrance, we found that it is nigh onto impossible for a large rig to negotiate the entrance. We should have been warned about the tight turn. After we made it across the bridge, people came to tell us that this happens all the time and that we were lucky not to have any damage. The sites are not well configured and it was impossible to align our rig with the site. The only good thing about our visit was our seeing a moose outside the entrance. We visited this park in a 40 foot motorhome and would never go back. We camped at Wolf Lodge Campground in a Motorhome.

St. Cloud Campground & RV Park, St. Cloud, Minnesota

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice campground. We stayed here one night in our motorhome and found the site clean, nicely sized and most comfortable. We thought it over priced for what we wanted, but it was obvious to us that it is a destination park for many people. We camped at St. Cloud Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mountain Meadow RV Park, Hungry Horse, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the best RV parks we have ever stayed in. Even though it does not have cable tv, and limited WiFi, we still give this park a 10. It has all the attributes of a great state park with all the amenities of a private park. The sites are very well laid out and provide nice separation from each other. We camped at Mountain Meadow RV Park in a Motorhome.
