Four Seasons Family Campground, Pilesgrove, New Jersey

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Overall it's not a bad park, with a few upgrades it could be much nicer. Pros: very nice play area, nice pond and beach, good store and restaurant, clean park, roomy sites. Cons: poor pre-arrival communication, no free wi-fi, sites are not level, no cable tv, trash is way out of the way and they don't pick up, no pool, some unprofessional staff members. We probably wouldn't come back here, unless some improvements are made. We camped at Four Seasons Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley, Clermont, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $85.00
Overall Rating:

There isnt much "Elite" about this rv park except the price. It's very clean and well maintained and every site is paved, but other than that..... No picnic tables, no fire ring, no grill, and a free WIFI that is the absolute worst!! The staff at the office is extremely nice but they have these CAMP NAZIS, that I guess might be work campers or maybe just snobby neighbors who don't like visitors, they walk around and tell you what you're doing wrong. Mind you it's nothing against the posted rules, they just don't like it apparently. Real downer on a stay to have someone constantly coming to your site and bothering you. We camped at Elite Resorts at Citrus Valley in a Motorhome.

Fiesta Key RV Resort, Long Key, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $120.00
Overall Rating:

First off you have to realize right off the bat that this is the "keys" and your going to pay more for A LOT less. The spots here are extremely tight and you'll be very acquainted with your neighbors!!

Check-in is a bit confusing as the office is past the front gate, so you have to park and then walk all the way through the gate and find the office. The staff is very friendly and seem to try and please. We checked in, got our spot, only to find someone already parked in it. They were accommodating and gave us a spot close by of equal value that was empty but talking to folks around camp, this is a COMMON occurrence.

The bar/restaurant is nice with a small variety of pub style food.

Pool is decent, large and has a separate kiddie pool, its a salt water pool. Lots of chairs but only shade is on the high top tables.

Beach is OK, if you want to sit and sunbathe or just sit at a hightop table and relax. not enough sand to play in, and rocky sand anyhow. They advertise a ladder to the water which is true but they also let everyone fish from there so you'll have play in the water while you dodge poles and hooks and nets!!

Los Of stuff they say is on their Fix-it-list, but in 8 days we saw not one bit of work being done.

NOT a lot of staff around, which has its pros and cons. One is they are not constantly all over you personal space telling what to do and not to do; on the other hand it allows others to break any rule they want. Things like glass on the pool deck, pets in the pool, fires at campsites, etc.

So overall pricey but nice! We camped at Fiesta Key RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Christmas RV Park, Christmas, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Pretty roomy sites, however all dirt or grass, all roads dirt. There are a few spots here and there with a concrete patio available. No fire pit and a small picnic table. Low water pressure. The hosts seem nice enough, however they work very limited hours so you hardly see them. The office is only open 0900-1:00pm. No store but they do have a small kitchen that they sell some food items. We camped at Christmas RV Park in a Motorhome.
