Kind of a pricey park for what you get. I have stayed here before and sometimes they have cable and sometimes not. They say they have wifi but they don't. At least it never works even when standing by the antenna for it. Nice grassy areas with private picnic tables for each site with hedge in between. Short walk down to the river. I will stay at one of the other parks next time on my way home. If you pay cash it is $40 otherwise $44 which I did not know and did not have that much cash on me yet.

Concrete site with grass in between. Quite a walk to the dog park. No wifi at your site only in a couple of hotspots, Garbage is picked up at your site each morning. It was an okay park but will look for something else on my way back home.

This is basically just a sand parking lot with full hookups. No cable tv. No picnic table. The camp hosts were very pleasant. Fairly new dog park with a large dog and a small dog side. Dumpsters were never overflowing. This was a good place to stay to visit the area in all directions. Now if you dont like any noise this just might not be the place for you. Speedway located in really close proximity. Air Force flies over frequently but I was not bothered by either of these things. Laundry is minimal...3 washers and 4 dryers but they were all working while I was there. $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. I enjoyed my stay there.

What a pleasant surprise. These are the largest sites I have ever encountered in any KOA. Minimal leveling needed. Gravel sites. 24 channel cable. Their wifi actually works...sometimes slow but overall worked well. Some permanents but all the sites I saw were clean and orderly. Their KampK9 is divided into small sections, 2 with grass and the others packed sand with doggy bags provided. Able to separate the social dogs from the less than social ones easily. The staff and owner are extremely pleasant and helpful. Escort to your site who waits to make sure you understand the hookups...easy peasy, and labeled on each side for electric and cable. Everything here seems to be in good repair and a work in progress for new showers and pool area.

Nice concrete sites with grassy area in between. Grassy area to walk your dog and people seem to pick up after their animals, not fenced but still ok. Think there is a fenced dog park at the other end. Office help not real warm and fuzzy but efficient. Wifi worked well and good cable tv. I will stay here on my way home to the PNW.

Has large trees at the rear of each site that offered protection from any sun we might see. All sites are back ins but you do have room to maneuver. Lined up in a row on either side of the short street. The Colorado River is at the end of each street which makes for a nice walk. Close to Algodones Mexico and Yuma. This is a very large park and they have a strict speed limit with killer speed bumps. Laundry available along with a small library, shuffleboard and game room. Offer BBQ during the week for a reasonable price. The office staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Mostly snowbirds here.

Sand and gravel parking but typical for the desert area. Some trees for decent shade. Interesting check in, call a number and then the camp host comes over to check you in. Worked okay. Friendly camp host. No cable tv but over the air brought in many channels. Restrooms were dimly lit and stall was small in the men's restroom. Dumpster was continually overflowing with trash surrounding it frequently. Lots of flies here I think due to the feedlots down the road. Very obnoxious smell at times depending on the wind.

Cement all around so do not have to get muddy when hooking and unhooking. A bit of a mix up when we checked in. There were 2 of us in separate rigs and they had us spread out through the park and we had specifically requested to be parked together and they said no problem. However when we arrived that was not the case but they fixed it and we ended up parked next to each other as requested. We liked it well enough to make reservations again for this coming July. We hope it goes better this time. I will call again just to make sure. The owner was very nice and assured us that would happen. Small dog area but perfectly adequate. Close to town as we have a car so no issue. Good Wi-Fi, Verizon worked well there. We will definitely come back.

I stayed here for 6 months as I was working in the area. The restrooms and laundry room are spotless. The sites are a bit narrow but very long and not all of them are 50 amp. The office is open at irregular hours and the sites are not marked 30 or 50 amp so unless you get out and look at the post it is difficult to tell. Bring a long sewer hose as the sewer is at the very back of the site I was not bothered by Hwy noise even tho it is quite close to 101. They now have 2 WI-FI stations and it was excellent reception even tho I mostly used my aircard. The gal in the office is one of the nicest people to deal with. She is somewhat a "jack of all trades" so very willing to help out with any needs you may have. I hope to stay here again in the future.

This park is set up to share utility connections so people park in opposite directions. This wasn't a problem for me but it was different. They have great cable with many premium channels included. Adequate sites for slideouts and toad parking. It is basically a "sand lot". There is some green due to it is close to the golf course but not really able to see it from the MH. The biggest drawback was the WIFI, sure glad I didn't have to pay for it because it was essentially unusable. Verizon does NOT work there, but Sprint did. Close vicinity to Casino. I stayed there 4 days and would stay there again.

Stayed here for a visit with friends in their RV's. This park is mainly a Mobile Home and Park Model park, but they have 10 spaces allocated for RV's. Pull through spaces: each with their own trash can, but no picnic tables etc. It is a gravel parking located behind the pool, showers, spa's, and large laundry room. The staff guide you to your site and are very nice people in the office. Very helpful and eager to please even for us "transients." This is a 55+ park, but they weren't concerned about our ages for the temperary RV spaces, so assume they accept children also but not sure. The spaces are cramped, especially if you have slideouts and I could not put my awning out. A good temporary place but not a long destination park. I would come back.

I spent a week here and the sites were very large and level with all fresh gravel throughout the park. Nice picnic tables and each site has green grass growing beside it. A welcome site in this dry area. The owner is in the process of building another laundry and shower facility. This is a very clean and well kept park with ongoing improvements. The swimming pool was closed while I was there. Terribles Lakeside Casino is about a mile down the road. I enjoyed my stay here very much and will come back here again.

This is a new park and very clean. However they have made some mistakes. In the section I was in the pad is narrow and when you step out of your MH you step on the grass. The very wet grass I might add, from the sprinklers and the rain. The other half of the park they have added a cement extension to alleviate this, so hopefully will continue to do this to all sites. The other issue I had was hooking up the water. The faucets are very low to the ground and makes it impossible with your regulator to hook up the hose. I had a small 10ft hose that I had to put the regulator in between in order to hook up. The fellow in the office seemed fairly disinterested in some of my questions. I didn't interact with any other staff. I spent 2 nights here. I would stay here again but would definitely request a site where my steps didn't exit onto the grass.

I camped here for a week with some friends. We chose Parkside as opposed to waterfront as the waterfront sites are mainly cement and very close together. But a great view of the canal. My site was close to the clubhouse and even tho there was a club meeting there that weekend the noise was minimal. The managers are very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the septic tank backing up at one of the sites and their response was immediate. The owner happened to be there at the time and he also dug right in to help and deal with the cleanup. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return again. The WiFi was one of the best I have encountered. There were 5 of us online (at our campsite) at the same time and still had reasonable speed.

I stayed here for a week. The office staff was helpful and courteous. My site was clean and everything worked. I had a waterfront site but the view is cluttered by old pilings, steel and is quite a ways away but still a nice view. They have a good pet area but don't police the pet rules very well. All pets were not on a leash, with Security driving right by them. A few people did not clean up after their animals. But I have to say MOST did. I do not have any pets but do enjoy visiting with others' animals. The other issue was they instructed me when I arrived that I had to use jack pads for my jacks, and not everyone was using them. I don't understand how the rules only apply to some of the campers AND not everyone. A good place to spend the night but would not be a "destination" for me again.
