My husband and I stayed here for six nights the beginning of October. It's a very busy place but for the most part everyone was respectful of the 10pm quiet time. This is not a sleepy little town so if thats what your looking for, you probably wouldn't want to stay anywhere here. We came to explore Moab in our jeep with some friends. It's an incredible place. Many 4x4's, ATV's, and motorcycles cruising the area. A tourist town for sure! We loved our stay and we will definitely be back here to Canyonlands RV Park. We did not use the showers or restrooms. There were two sets of dumpsters on either ends of the park. I wanted to use the pool but we were too busy jeeping everyday. There is a store/gas station/espresso stand as you enter the park. The park is located within walking distance to many restaurants and cool shops. We will be back here for sure!

There were permanent tenants in this park. Scary ones at that. Lots of coming and going from a couple of the 5th wheels parked here. There were lots of shady characters floatin' around. Said it was under new ownership so maybe they hadn't got a chance to clean it up yet. We stayed here to ski White Pass but will make another choice next time.

The location of this park is awesome. Within walking distance of all the cool shops and amenities of downtown yet a magnificant view of the water! If you stay here, you can watch the boats as they come and go from the marina. We walked around the marina and saw otters swimming around, some climbing into the boats looking for treats. We love the 'Nifty Fifties' diner for real malt shakes, the Bellmont Hotel is an awesome place for dinner. We love staying here and will definitely be back.
