This is a MH park, thus you are surrounded by Mobile Homes. The sites are large and level, the owner/manager is very nice. This is just off of Hwy 47, 2 miles south of all the shopping you could ask for. Only 25 miles south of Albuquerque. I didn't put in the nightly rate because I'm paying $275.00 + electric per month. 50 amp sites have to be developed by owner, so far we are the first to find this park. Neighbors are very nice.

Date of Stay:

Convenient to I-25, good Wi-Fi, and excellent customer service. Sites are clean and offer plenty of room. Road noise present, but we knew that ahead of time. We took advantage of the "Summer Special", thus the low nightly rate for full hookup/50 amp service. If you like animals, this is the place to come. This was the second time we've been here and love it.

We plan to spend the winter, and the monthly rent is $140. plus electric. Campground is clean, pleasant and very private. All the utilities work wonderfully. Campground hosts are very friendly and helpful. This pretty place is out of the way from I-10, about 11 miles east of Deming on a private road with no street lights for folks coming in after dark. We can faintly hear the highway in the distance. Sunsets are unbelievably gorgeous.

Park is very convenient to Exit 75 of Rt. 25. Managers were very pleasant and helpful with everything. We stayed a month at $155.00 plus metered electric which we know is fair. No problem with security, and the owner lives on the property.

We were told by the manager that he purchased this campground a month ago and has been working to upgrade it. Our visit here has been wonderful. Has shade trees, no road noise at all, friendly and helpful workers. Camp store is gorgeous, even smells new. Unfortunately, all pull-through sites have 30 amp only. If you need a/c, you are out of luck. I didn't read the other reviews until later, and was horrified. The new management is 100% better. We would definitely return to this campground anytime in the area.

Gorgeous campground, lots of trees and amenities for everyone. The price reflects the KOA discount and still the most expensive place we've ever stayed. Our site not level. The work-teams here are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We love the place but will not come back due to the price.

Located off I-40 exit 407, 20 miles E of Knoxville. A very convenient, very pretty place. Is quiet, with countryside views, grassy sites. Has many blue grass festivals throughout the summer, which we didn't know until now. We would come back in a heartbeat when in the area again.

Date of Stay:

Older, but very pretty campground. Good for an overnight. Distant interstate traffic noise not so bad. Priced too high even with Good Sam discount.

Date of Stay:

We were packed like a sardine, lucky to get a spot, but the very helpful and cheerful camp hosts made all the difference. Nightly price was too high even with a Good Sam discount. Most spots were occupied by monthlies: lots of dogs and little children, but basically the park is neat, tidy, quiet, and has very pleasant, friendly people.

Nightly rate reflects Campground America. Had to use a pig-tail to reduce our electric to 30 amp because our neighbor had the 50 amp. No problem. Campground is old, ugly, and rundown. Scads of poison ivy line the back fence. CA rate and the campground's closeness to Graceland, make it OK for an overnight.

We loved this place! The managers were very friendly as well as helpful. The deer are fun to watch. It's quiet, restful, and sites are wide. The springs are so peaceful. Cell phone coverage is weak, but on Rt. 59 and 259, you can call anywhere. Our Verizon air card for the computer was slow and very weak, but we did get on line with patience. No cable, but we have Direct TV. Nacogdoches is right down the road with whatever services you need.

We liked this CG. Very nice hosts, roomy spots, older electrical hook-ups but they worked. Lots of trees. Needs freshing like painting the picnic tables, etc. Good for an overnight.

Date of Stay:

Older park, but everything works. Does need some major freshing up, like painting tables, etc., and updating the electrical hook-ups. Some highway noise, but that's OK as we only wanted an overnight. Easy to find from the roads. Manager is funny, and entertaining, we like him.

Date of Stay:

We pulled in during a rain storm so everything is soggy. However, the managers are wonderful, very helpful. It's right next to a super Walmart, which is nice. Not so nice is the rail road, but we were so tired we slept through the noise. One big negative is the directions on the web site are not decent, we had to phone and get directions while on Rt. 287. We would definitely stop over for a night or two if we were traveling through again.

Nice location, quiet, and convenient to I-40. Many mobile homes are junkers, few rules, mostly unenforced. Many junker RV's. Rate is a guess, we stayed a month for $300.00. Owners pleasant. Would not go back unless we had no other choice.
