Another very basic park; typical for Ocean Canyon and Coast to Coast. Gravel roads, a bit tight turns, sandy site (but level). The sites in the electric & water section (FHU was not available for our stay) are VERY cramped. Staff was pleasant.

l very basic park. Gravel roads and sites. Basically level; easy to drive unit. There is a swimming pool, we did not use. Limited activities, playground etc. Nice shade over most sites. There are permanent units, but most are in a separate area. WiFi was supposedly available, but we could rarely login {as is typical of nearly all RV parks}.

We spent one night here but would like to stay again. Very nice staff. Roads are paved, site are gravel and reasonably level.

Easy access to historic Savannah: tour trolley comes right to park. Grass sites, no concrete. Basically level although we did use a bit of block on one side. WiFi only in office (although they claim to cover the entire park). Nice staff. Not sure I am remembering the fee correctly.

Date of Stay:

Paved, narrow roads, a bit tight turning but doable. Sites are grass/sand, ours required a bit of lift to level our unit. Staff was fairly friendly after she got to know us. Large pool, although we did not use. Several activities.

Paved roads. Sites are grass/sand, level, some with paved patio and table. No shade. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool. The WiFi actually worked! As all of you know most RV parks advertise WiFi but do not deliver; we were very pleased with this park's WiFi.

Very nice staff. We stayed year only one night and did not use the restrooms etc. My impression is everything would have been clean. The roads and sites were gravel, but maintained. Some grass.

This is a no frills park. Roads are rough, sites are gravel. There is some grass. Most site have a picnic table. Lots of permanent residents. Staff was friendly. Propane is available. There is a club room but it is small and dark. There is an outdoor pool. This is an OK place if you not looking for any amenities.

This is an Ocean Canyon Properties [OCP] park; we are members so the stay was "free" with our membership. We have been disappointed in the quality of OCP parks---this is by far the best we have stayed in. Negatives: rough roads, landscaping not maintained, no grass. Positives: level sites (nearly all gravel), beautiful setting on the Styx River, facilities are clean & staff is helpful and friendly.

A very basic park but the staff is excellent: helpful and friendly. Sites are gravel, with grass. Sites are level. Absolutely the best WiFi we have had at any RV park! Really the only park we have been able to stay connected while on this 3 month trip.

A basic park with no frills, but we were pleased for a transient stop. Sites are all gravel with no grass, shades etc. Level. Poor WiFi.

This park is located on a main thoroughfare to the Santa Fe Plaza, so easy access to history, museums, restaurants etc. The pad is concrete and level. There apron is mostly gravel. The WiFi was poor.

Staff here is great. The club room is adequate although we did not participate. Bathrooms etc are clean. Site are gravel and level. The WiFi is very poor. The only real disadvantage this park is on the Western edge of ABQ and is subject to wind--we sat through a very nasty wind storm which translates as dusty and lots of tumbleweeds! Park provides easy access to ABQ.

PROs: This is an all paved park....no grass etc. Therefore very clean. CONs: The sites are very narrow and very short. I circled back and made it on my second try. There was not adequate space to park our pickup. As mentioned the sewer connection is in the very back of the site and would require about 30 feet of hose. I talked to the front desk and she said no one had every complained, but based on other reviews I think others have complained. I got a refund.

Date of Stay:

As is typical for SW parks, this is gravel. The sites are very spacious and level. We were able to park our pickup beside our 5th. The staff were all great. This park is several miles north of Alamogordo so a bit inconvenient to grocery shop, drive to White Sands etc., but worth it. TV was strong with antenna. WiFi was fair.
