Sites were easy to access with out fifth wheel. Bathrooms were kept very clean. Dump station on site made it must that more enjoyable. We will definitely go here again.

Good place to go off season. Hook-up sites are very few and can be windy in the early spring and fall, but the park has built a berm around the trailer sites, so it helps.

Nice, quiet campground on the San Lorenzo River. Plenty of shady sites. We went with a group and stayed in "The Point". This was a level wide open area for different sized trailers. Unlike another submission, we had Cingular service. Friendly staff, close to town and services.

My wife and I like this spot for it's closeness to our home (30 mins.). Beautiful area of rolling foothills, quail and coyotes at night. Peaceful and quiet on all the trips we have gone. Have been there in groups and solo, all have been enjoyable. Gave it an 8 because they need to add more hook-up sites. Decent fishing spot as this is considered a "Trophy Lake" for bass.

My wife and I love this place. We come here every year for our anniversary and due to it's location, can visit all of the local spots; Cambria, Morro Bay, Los Osos and San Luis Obispo. Sites are level, pea gravel and most have full hook-ups. The campground is directly across from the beach and if you're lucky, the fog will roll in, in the late afternoon. Great escape from the Central Valley heat!!

Beautiful location on the river. Very quiet. Went with a group of 2 tents and 2 campers. I had to share electric with my friend, even when the brochure showed the site having it's own electric. Getting down the driveway to the campground my fifth-wheel hit the bed of my truck. No dump site available there, we were told to go to State Park about a mile or so away. Due to the entrance being so steep, I will not go back.

We went as a group and stayed there due to closeness to area attractions. Staff had to run extension cords all over the road so we would have some electricity. Luckily, it did not get hot enough to require a/c. A "Honey Wagon" came on Sunday and attempted to empty our tanks, but leaked and just stunk up the area. They do have a dump station at the office, but it would require you to disconnect ( or tote) to empty.Won't go back!
