An excellent well-kept campground we have stayed at many times. Close to I-10, but noise is not a problem. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good Wi-Fi and utilities. Paved entrance road and gravel roads inside the campground. Concrete pads and patio at each camp site.

Date of Stay:

A first class PPA campground that we stay at whenever passing thru Beaumont. Convenient to the Interstate. Paved concrete streets and campsites with a paved patio and grass between the sites. Excellent Wi-Fi and utilities. Very nice pool area. The staff is friendly and efficient. A free breakfast is offered in the morning. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about Gulf Coast RV Resort.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds in Colorado. We have been staying there for many years whenever we are in Colorado. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Wi-Fi and utilities. Gravel roads and campsites with a nice grassy area between the sites. Quite a few shade trees. Our only complaint is the price has gone up substantially the last few years even at the weekly rate. The PPA membership is so limited that it is of little value. However, we plan to continue to return to Centennial every chance we get.

An older campground but well maintained. Outstanding staff. Great location. The bus stops at the entrance to the park.. Roads are paved. Campsites are either gravel or paved. Considerably overpriced even for Santa Fe. Their policy which states that a specific site cannot be reserved isn't specific enough. The real policy is that a reservation only guarantees you will have an unknown type of site at an unknown price. The group of sites we thought we had a reservation in had been filled and we had to pay for a "Texas" site for our small motor home. In spite of the reservation policy Trailer Ranch is by far the best choice in the Santa Fe area.

A very old campground. Poorly maintained. 50 amp service but no circuit breaker. The electrical receptacle actually had old fashioned fuses. Large, half-dead pecan trees overhung the camp sites. I asked the owner who would be responsible if a large limb fell on a camper and he said that would be considered an act of God which means he would not be responsible even though he knew the trees were half dead. No thanks-we will stay elsewhere the next time we stay in Carlsbad.

Very reasonable prices when staying at PPA rates. Very friendly and helpful staff. Paved roads and campsites. Some shade on certain sites. The location is some distance from the strip or downtown. Wi-Fi and utilities were very good. There is a large curb that must be crossed when entering the campsites. We were a little concerned about our jacks dragging, but we made it. The campsites are various sizes. Unfortunately, we had a very small site. Vehicles must be parked in front of the RV and our site was so narrow that was a problem if the permanent residents on either site infringed on our parking space. If we went there again we would insist on a much larger camp site.

A very pleasant place to camp. Very friendly owner. Good Wi-Fi and utilities. Some shade. Convenient to the interstate. A quiet, attractive campground.

A wonderful campground. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculate. Good Wi-Fi and utilities. Within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. We would go out of our way to stay there again.

Date of Stay:

A very low end place. I won't even describe it as a campground. I can't believe Best Western would allow such a place to exist. Only three sites available and they were covered with trash and debris. The few other sites were occupied by run down permanent campers. The promised WiFi did not exist. A scary place to stay. We would never consider staying there again.

Date of Stay:

A Coast to Coast campground that is very marginal. The lack of maintenance shows. They have a strict policy of no arrivals until noon. If you get there just an hour early you have the choice of paying $5 or park down the hill in a dusty area with no hookups even if the temperature is over 100 degrees. We payed an additional fee for 50 amp service only to have the electric quit one evening when the temperature was 104 degrees. It was repaired the next morning and the problem was a bad ground in the electric box. There is little or no shade. The clerk in the office was very snippy and was not helpful. Wi-Fi is available from Tengo Internet for an additional fee of $10.95 per week. Paved roads with dirt campsites. Convenient to Casinos. We do not plan to return again.

5 Star RV Park

Tyler, Texas

Date of Stay:

Very nice campground. Pull thru-sites were level with 50 amps, and we enjoyed excellent, free Wi-Fi. Manager was very friendly and accommodating. Only real downside was Lavender Road access street to the campground was paved but narrow and bumpy. We would definitely stay here again

Date of Stay:

As others have stated, this is a very basic campground. Just a grassy field with basic hook-ups. The clerk at the gas station was very rude and told us they were still charging the higher winter rates even though we were here in May. Sad they need to resort to these tactics to gouge a few more dollars from tired travelers. We would not stay here again.

Date of Stay:

The park is under new ownership and the campground has suffered as a result. It is now known as the Lakeland Carefree RV Resort. No more free WiFi. They use a pricey commercial WiFi provider. My reservation deposit was immediately charged to my credit card. Very few campgrounds do this. Fire ants are everywhere. There were at least 30 mounds on our assigned campsite. I informed the CG manager and she handed me a card for a commercial exterminator who will spray your campsite for $25. We have been going to this campground for over 10 years but don't think we will return again.

Date of Stay:

One of our favorite campgrounds. Very clean and excellent staff. Sites may be a little short for big motor homes.

Date of Stay:

Good location. In the heart of Amish country. Many RV factory tours nearby. No recreation in campground but many things to see and do nearby.
