Boyd Lake State Park, Loveland, Colorado

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We popped in for a couple of nights. Site leads you to believe it is full hookup less sewer, but we were quickly chastised for hooking up to the water faucet at our site, and were told we could only fill from it. Basically only electric, and a mostly "dirt" site, with only the narrow pad paved. Sites were close together and a bit tight. We paid for an extra car, and had it parked appropriately at our site, only to receive not one, but two visits from rangers rudely telling us to move one of them to another area. We were one of 10 people in a huge park, and it seemed the rangers needed to find problems. We camped at Boyd Lake State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Los Angeles / Pomona / Fairplex KOA, Pomona, California

Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed over the holiday's. Very full during our stay with a lot of full time residents. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Very quite and clean. WiFi pretty terrible, but cell reception (Verizon) was great. Store was well stocked and convenient. Sites a little close together, but manageable. We camped at Los Angeles / Pomona / Fairplex KOA in a Travel Trailer.
