Gilroy Garlic USA RV Park, Gilroy, California

Date of Stay: January, 2007 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Newer, clean, friendly and located near shopping. Not to be confused with other RV Garlic resort in Gilroy that is not as nice. Some noise and bad smells all night from local industrial site south of park which might be a problem in summer. We camped at Gilroy Garlic USA RV Park in a Motorhome.

Crown Villa RV Resort, Bend, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2006 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

It was cold! Went down to 20 degrees one night. This resort is one of the nicest we've seen so far, however, we were told that the lands it sits on has been sold and planned to be developed. Too bad for us RVers. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Gilgal Oasis RV Park, Sequim, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Their web site listing is a bit misleading when it comes to the photos displayed and the copy "looking towards the mountains and sitting as an oasis" , however, this small facility is well maintained and located in walking distance to down town Sequim. It's right off hwy 101 and an easy drive north to Port Angeles and the M.V. Coho Ferry to Victoria. We camped at Gilgal Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.

Salish Seaside RV Haven (formerly Westbay Marine Village RV Park) , Victoria, British Columbia

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Great location. Water front sites over looking Victoria. Sea planes land right over the park and make a racket when they take off, however the place is still the best Victoria has to offer. Walk on a man made path all the way into Victoria or take a water taxi that docks near the park. Nice restaurant on site that even stayed open one night when we missed dinner. Reserve your spot early, it fills up almost every night. Good luck on the M.V. Coho ferry. It was a tight fit on and off the boat with our HR Neptune. Did get a few door dings however. We camped at Salish Seaside RV Haven (formerly Westbay Marine Village RV Park) in a Motorhome.
