Ancient Redwoods RV Park, Redcrest, California

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We travel full-time in a 40 ft. motor home and stayed here a week. This is a beautiful park and the red woods are a sight to behold. The park staff were very friendly and helpful. The park has a really wonderful gift shop. They provided us with many tips for our sight seeing tours. There are not many restaurants, so we ate in a lot. The park WIFI worked fine for us but the park was only about 30% occupied. The park has an open sided shed that has a cellular booster that provides cellular service in about an eight foot square area. So, for the most part, our Verizon cell phones were great cameras. Driving the Avenue of the Giants was interesting in that our Sirius radio was spotty and even my GPS had problems. These giant trees block a lot of electrical energy. We camped at Ancient Redwoods RV Park in a Motorhome.

AtRivers Edge RV Resort, Brookings, Oregon

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We travel full-time in a 40 ft. motor home. The park is clean and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There is a lot of grass in the park and between the sites -- our dog and cat liked that. The parking pad is gravel with a concrete patio and the roads are asphalt. The park is right on the Chetco River and the environs are very green (we're from NM). We stayed here a week and enjoyed the park and sight seeing. We would come here again. The park is just a few minutes from the marina. We bought crabs from a vendor who catches and sells them at the marina. WiFi worked fine, but the park is not crowded so I don't know how it would be with a lot of users. Our Verizon phones got about 2 bars and were usable. I have my Verizon Jet Pack set up with a Wilson cell signal booster and the Jet Pack had 4 bars. I use the Jet Pack for secure WiFi and WiFi calling. We camped at AtRivers Edge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Bayfield Riverside RV Park, Bayfield, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful park that shows lots of pride. They have flowers everywhere and the park is going to sponsor a potluck on July 21st . Our site is one of the premium sites along a pond. Lots of trees (I really had to work to properly locate my dish antenna); gravel roads; and our site has grass. There is a pond and streams that run through the park. We camped at Bayfield Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.
