Red Barn RV Park, Tea, South Dakota

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

We were traveling trough the Sioux Falls area in a 36 foot Class A motorhome pulling a mini-van. Red Barn (Good Sam RV park) was the closest for us on the south side of Sioux Falls only about 2 miles west of I-29 (exit 71 Tea, SD). Regular per day/night fee is 33.00 and with the Good Sam Membership, fee drops to 30.00. We have five children with us too and it is 3.00 per child. In all we are only staying the one night for $45.

There are 66 plus spots that did accommodate our Motorhome and mini-van. The access roads in Red Barn RV park are all gravel and were tight in the turns and having to deal with trees on both sides. Parking spaces are less than 10 feet apart. There is every possible service including too weak Wifi, Internets, laundry, a pool, flush-able toilets, shower stalls, and pet walking trails.

Check out time is 11:00 am and spot must be renewed before 10:00 am. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lakeside Casino Resort RV Park, Osceola, Iowa

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The RV hook-up sites are all near a PILOT Truck fueling station which does have laundry service, Showers, and Restrooms all available 24/7.

There is sewer, water, 50 and 30 amp electric, cable ( TV ), WiFi (several to choose from), at the sites. Sites have concrete pads that vary in length and all with asphalt access. Most sites are nice with no cracks in concrete but the asphalt is very rough in many places and not enough coverage when turning into or out of site.

There are holes in the dirt/ grass at most of the outside edges and corners, mainly because there is not always enough asphalt to to turn onto with the longer units.

Trash is picked up everyday. We camped at Lakeside Casino Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.
